Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Avondale25 Liked It - Nice Swivel and Good Length
I had the previous version of this same model by Reel King and liked it a lot. After several years of outside exposure and use, it had developed holes so we replaced it with this. It's the same, but mounts on the exterior wall of our storage house a little differently. (We were able to use the same mounting device, though!). I especially like the swivel feature - great for expansive watering without tripping over the hose. One thing I did NOT like was the spray nozzle. It was very cheap, and leaked at the trigger immediately. I had planned to replace with a nozzle with multiple spray features, so it wasn't a big deal, but that did bother me.
The company is in Australia and I had previously emailed them to find out where to buy a replacement (that's how much I liked the first one); they were quick to reply via email.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by MarkTTU Great hose reel
We looked at several auto winding hose reels before settling on the Reel King. Most of what we looked at were CoxReels, but Coxreels cost almost 4x what the Reel King does so we figured it'd be worth a shot. Overall its a great hose reel. It retracts easily though you do have to walk the hose back in (it isn't strong enough to pull the hose across the yard) and the auto-locking mechanism is a little difficult to make work, but there is a dial on the side where you can set how aggressive the locking mechanism is (from no lock to always lock) and we've found its easy to just set it to always lock, pull out the hose and use it, then set it back to no lock and walk the hose back in. Only real complaint is this is the first 1/2" garden hose we've ever had and its quite noticeable how much less water pressure there is coming out of a 1/2" hose vs the 3/4" hoses we have used in the past.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by blackbeltpds Not impressed with this product!
After installation I went and turned on the hose and it leaked at the the coupling. I tried another washer and it did not stop leaking. I ended up cutting the hose and installed another coupling which took care of the problem. The hose rewind is also not very strong and you need to help it by pushing the hose back into the unit. I am not at all happy with this product.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by sparky Difficut Installation, 1/2" hose is too small.
The product is well made and the operation of the hose on the roll out & roll up is good.
The wall anchors for brick are not sfficiently large or strong enough to hold the weight of the unit as a result it is hanging off the wall about an inch.
Lastly the 1/2" hose spec is really a bit too small for most backyard jobs.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by hbv2020 So far so good
So far it has performed as described. I usually pull it out to the full length. It does retract pretty quickly and if you try to slow it down, the rewind stops and has to be restarted. I had trouble drilling four holes into the concrete that aligned exactly with the holes in the wall attachment bracket, but guess that was my problem.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by RSSS the price is high for the features you receive
Hose sprayer had to be replaced since it did not spray that well. Have to use caution in how you wind up hose otherwise it does not fully retract all the hose. Quality of the hose is of lower level. The price you pay for this product is high compared to the qualtiy of the product. Not sure this prioduct will hold up for years of service.

Like several other customers, my item was DOA. Something had cracked inside the case, so water spewed everywhere when turned on. Paid my handyman to install it only to have to ask him to take it back down and repackage it for return to the store. Don't waste your time, folks. It's junk.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by 4paws The automatic reel comes in handy.
Had a few problems with the hose not rewinding, but the item was replaced by Home Depot with no questions. The only other problem is that I now notice that the plastic where the water comes into the hose reel is now leaking.
