Is this product good for very old 1934 hardwood floors?

The floors have lots of wear marks from years of use and little care. I don't need perfect floor result, but just something that looks nice and reflects the character of the old original floors.
Asked by: JW
I used this on a floor that was probably that old or older and it worked well where there was still finish.

I'm afraid the floor will get slippery

You claim it improves traction...does that mean my floor will be less likely to cause me to slip on it?
