I would suggest looking for some brand names online such as Stain Solver or Charlie's Soap Oxygen Bleach. Read Less

Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for your interest in our wonderful line of products. Our Rejuvenate Professional Satin Finish Wood Floor Restorer will not remove the water stains on your floors. For small water marks you might want to use our Rejuvenate Ring Markers to remove them and then use our Floor Restorer.
I hope this information has been helpful.

Yes, the better you clean it the better your results will be. I vacuumed carefully then mopped. You don't want any dirt on the floors as it will get stuck in the finish.

However, you can use an all-purpose cleaner that is oil free, does not contain citrus and is pH balanced. Floors that have a lot of residue or build-up from the previous use of other floor care products may require a second cleaning. After the floor has been thoroughly cleaned, allow it to dry completely. To apply Rejuvenate and get that “Showroom Shine”, follow the directions on the bottle and ALWAYS test Rejuvenate on a small, inconspicuous area first. Read Less

Answer:
My experience with ANY wood floor is to not use a steam mop. Water and wood floors don't go well together. Clean the floor with the Restore floor cleaner and a microfiber bonnet is what is recommended.

Rated 4.5 out of 5 by 70 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wow!! This stuff is amazing!! I put it down, waited an hour and the floor looked like new! I have not had to use anything on it whereas before I was having to use a cleaner once or twice a week. It's been 6 weeks and alls I've had to do was vacuum. Highly recommend!!! June 21, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Amazing shine My hard wood floors looked like they needed to be refinished. I purchased the cleaner and shine my floors look new. June 3, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very impressed! The product was very easy to use and it really did take out scratches and add a beautiful like new finish. May 24, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful. I live in an apartment and had a few spots on my 80+ year old floors that were wearing thin. I have neighbors who've lived in their units 10 years and their floors are horrible because the landlord won't refinish them, so I never want them to get to that point. This was so easy to apply with the bonnet. I applied a thin coat just to the areas that needed it. It dried quickly and evenly and completely evened out the worn spots. April 28, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Woke My Floors Up My hardwood floors are almost 50 yrs old, and have probably been refinished only once! Restore indeed restored some of their beauty, but I still have to redo. April 12, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Rejuvenate wood floor restorer This product is awesome. It fills in imperfections and gives the floors a shine that won't quit!! I have passed this product in to many others. May 10, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by It works I wasn't expecting much with this, although some of the hardwoods in the house we just bought are definitely showing their age of 60 years. Just to set the stage, our new place is a house where the hardwoods are showing signs of a family home with 3 kids and 30 years; the floors definitely aren't perfect, but they're serviceable and can be tolerated with a few well-placed rugs...at least until they can all be professionally redone. To be clear, this stuff is NOT a miracle worker on floors like ours, but it definitely breathes some new life into them. I was pretty impressed with how well the landing at the bottom of the stairs looked after I was done; they still look older, because the finish on the wood had started to wear, but now the wood has a warm glow and a soft sheen to it that, well, basically makes the imperfections seem less visible and not so bad after all. The application was also easy, too; I used the Rejuvenate floor cleaner first, and then spread the restorer on, and was done in no time. I was worried I'd have to wait forever to be able to walk on the floors, but it dried quickly, too; within an hour or so, it was ready for light traffic (no shoes, just to be safe). So if you need to refinish your floors but your money has been committed to other more pressing projects, this is definitely worth a try. April 20, 2016
