I purchased a house that has three large bathrooms with white tile and white grout. It is five years old and had noticeable staining. It has driven me crazy! I had a company who applies a similar product professionally quote $300 for three bathrooms. I did all three bathrooms with about $60 worth of pens. It took about 20 pens to do all three rooms. A guest even ask if I had the floor redone! It did take several hours but it was so worth it!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Raine Great Product, Wrong Color
I ordered this specifically to update the grout in the bathroom. The directions to this product were easy to follow, although I had to switch the reversible tip to the side already inside the tube because the product wouldn't reach the end of the chiseled tip outside.
Also, when I accidentally got some product on the tile, it wiped off cleanly with a wet towel, as instructed on the back of the product.
My only issue was that I accidentally ordered the wrong color (buff) instead of the lighter one. I plan on ordering the correct color in the future to rectify my mistake.

We installed the Daltile Catalina Canyon tiles throughout the whole house and they are not a "through color" tile meaning that the color is only on the surface and any chip will show the same as a cheaper ceramic tile. When something falls on the tile you will get a small chip that can be covered by this marker. It works great for what we want.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Yellowjacket Very Easy to Apply
This product is very convenient to use. If you can use a felt tip pen or a highlighter, you can apply this product. It flows on evenly, provides good coverage, and dries quickly. It also has no odor.
The only negative I experienced is that I wasn't able to get a good color match with my grout. For a buff color, this was on the dark side.
It's still too early to judge how durable this is, but so far it has held up well.

First off, I should have ordered a more off-white color. Buff was too "fleshy" but that's my fault. Still, I decided I could make it work in a less conspicuous area of the shower. It went on easily and dried quickly. Unfortunately, when I went to clean the area at least a week later, it came right off with use of a scrubber sponge. So, for staying power, I have to rate it on the low side.

I purchased this product hoping that the "buff" color would be in the ivory family but it is more of a terracota. Its a strange orangey color that I cannot imagine matching very many tiles.

After using 2 different grout cleaners for HEAVILY stained and mildewed grout I picked up these pens as a last resort. After diligently scrubbing the grout it went from mildew black to dark gray. I had doubts that the pen would cover such deep and dark stains, but it worked! I was honestly surprised how well it worked. The darker areas needed to be covered multiple times, but they look brand-spanking new now. The pens "appear" to dry up quickly and I thought that I would need a multitude to cover the entire kitchen counter tops, but when I gave the pen a rest, or simply pressed the top (as you do to get it started) it actually had a lot of life left in it. I only needed 2 pens (1 package) for counters that were approximately 9 feet in length. This was with multiple layers in some areas. It was a little tedious as I was working with 2" tiles, but well worth it. I only gave it 4 stars for quality because I don't know how long it will last. I'll try to remember to update my review a year from now. I used the white pens.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Esmie Covers stains
This products has good coverage of stains. However, it does not cover the lineal footage that is stated on the package. Based on the package description, I estimated to use about three pens at the most, and I ended up using the triple.
