Arrived on time, followed the pre start instructions, fired right up and went right to work. Once warmed up it would start on the first quarter pull ! Very impressive. Cuts great ! cleared a few trees in no time . Time will tell for long term overall satisfaction , but I feel this is a quality light duty chainsaw.

I read all the instructions before trying to start. I followed the start up instructions, and it started right up, no problems. I mainly used it for pruning some trees. I was cutting branches up to 6 inches thick. It cut right through them. Starting back up after, was easy. 1 pull and it started up. I did notice if I let it cool off for 20 minutes or so, I had to use the beginning start up instructions. I have been using it off and on for 3 weeks, and no problems. Just remember to check the chain for proper tightness. I would recommend this chain saw to the average user. Having the carrying case is great.

Saw worked great, just let the saw do its job and don't force it, easy start when both cold and after warmed up. Had to tighten the chain a number of times (that was easy as well) but that's to be expected and surprisingly made it through the tree using only one chain. Used the premixed fuel that was purchased at HD as well to avoid any issues. For the money with a 30 day return and 2 year warranty its a really good buy.

It is pretty heavy for the size saw , so you can use it much to trim tree heads or you'll become played out. Otherwise , it cuts nice and steady letting the saw's weight to guide the saw downward. Again, a nice saw for the money.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good entry level chainsaw Good quality for an entry-level saw. Good for limbing and trees up to about 10 inches - after that, not much power. Not a top-of-the-line product but pleased with the saw and low price. If you are planning to use a chainsaw everyday then there are better saws and their higher cost would be worth the price in getting a more powerful saw and longer-life. Overall, good saw for occasional cutting or for those who are patient in cutting. I'm 60 years old and mainly needed it for clean-up after storms.
