Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by balu good filter.. but seems like less life
no doubt the filtered water tastes good and surely safe for drinking but the filter life is too short.. we hardly get a week to 10 days for 1 filter... (for a family of 2 kids and 2 adults who drink normal amount of water everyday).. may be some gallons all in all.. so that adds to the cost very quickly..

Our ZeroWater has made a huge difference in the taste of our water and everything using water as an ingredient (coffee, tea, recipes).
My only complaint would be the design of the pitcher in that when filled to the level at which some water remains in the top if you pour a glass the untreated water will leak out the spout as the lid doesn't completely seal that area. A small problem but it could be easily eliminated with a redesign of the lid.
We have a different filtering device that doesn't do this but the ZeroWater is so far superior in terms of treating the water that we no longer use the other brand.

I purchased the 23 cup dispenser July 1st along with 4 extra filters from Wal-Mart. I love the fact that our water went from 287 to 0 and the taste is good. The filter lasted about 5 weeks. I replaced the filter this morning 8/18/15 and it leaks at the top. The 0 ring is in place, my husband removed the filter and put it back on, still leaks. We opened a second filter and placed it on the unit, it works fine. How can we get filter replaced? They are too expensive to throw away and I can't not return just one to WM. Can you help us with that?

I have been using the Zero water system for about two years now. To be honest I was wondering if the filters were set to start tasting funny and reading higher after a certain amount of time (it could happen) because they ran out about the same time every month. But then I moved from Texas (untreated water readings of about 350) to Oregon (Untreated water readings of about 50) and my filters last a lot longer (makes sense). I am very pleased with the results and feel protected from unwanted 'stuff' in my water. Thanks zero water. No, this is not a paid advertisement, lol.

I absolutely cannot believe that anyone will complain about Zero. Prices are not that much higher than famous brand that offer NOTHING. And even if it was, it is all worth it. Prefer to pay more than to be lied to for life. Let me tell you why Zero offer a FREE TDS measuring meter with no fear. Just this week my husband decided to use the Zero meter to measure all the filters we have at home, this are the results: Zero big filter -0-, Zero container jar -0-, Pur in our Whirlpool refrigerator -53- contaminant, Pur in a jar -56- contaminant, Aquasana in the shower -61- contaminant, Drop portable water filter -61- contaminant. I am replacing everything i can, sticking with Zero. I just wish Zero will make replacements for shower and also for refrigerators.

I really like the Zero Water Pitcher System including the tester, as for the filters they are the workhorse of the system and I think the filtered water is as good or better than most botttled water. My tap water tested at about 143 vs 0 for the ZeroWater. Seeing the results and being able to keep testing is a big plus.
The only reservations I have is the filters are hard to find, but I am happy to get them at Home Depot. And finally the filters seem to be a bit on the expensive side, However I am going to keep using them, as long as I can find them due the improved water taste and excellent contaminant removal.

I have had an excellent experience, and a disappointing one. The 23 cup dispenser I purchased filters terrible tap water into exceptional tasting water, but I am going through 2 filters each month. After about 10 refills of 2 to 3 liters each time, the meter reading jumps from zero to 15-17 ppm very suddenly. Granted, my tap water has a content of 800+ ppm, but I can not afford 50 filters each year for my two Zerowater products. That would cost $15 per filter totaling $750 each year. Even with discount coupon codes 8 filters cost $100 minus the $15 discount, still being about $500 per year. You can bet that recycling will only pay for the shipping costs. Too expensive for me, I wish there was some affordable way to use this product.
