Customer Questions & Answers

I want to keep my box spring, is it okay to put both a mattress and boxspring on this?

Asked by: YogiRea
It would probably work, but you might need a step stool to climb into bed. We have a basic Sleep Number mattress with no additional foundation on ours ant the top surface is 22" from the floor, which is just right for us.

Does it come with brackets to attach headboard/footboard?

Can the brackets be purchased online on Home Depot?
Asked by: techlady4160
Brackets, headboard and footboard were available online when I bought mine. I would expect they still would be but do not know for sure.

Asked by: Tricia
No. This holds a queen-sized mattress and it fits perfectly.

does this frame req assembly, and is this one unit or do I need to purchase two

Asked by: brigit
Some assembly is required. It was easy to do and took less than an hour to put the entire bed together. There are two sections that link together. The most difficult part for us two old folks was carrying it in from the porch where the delivery guy left it. If you have a queen-sized mattress, the finished fram will fit perfectly.
