Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Holding up well We used this product on floors of front porches couple of years ago, when it was only available via online from the manufacturer. While installation is messy and requires special roller and two coats, it wasn't difficult. This saved the 20+ year old pressure treated wood! So the cost of the product much less than replacing the flooring. The only scratches came when furniture was delivered last fall and they are minimal. I plan to touch it up this week when we apply to our back decks that were built in 1993. Yes, we are so pleased that we are applying to other surfaces! Cleaning is with water hose or mop! Plus this eliminates biannual deck cleaning and sealing! Other reviewer mentioned peeling. We have not had that problem. Even with two dogs -- one a 72lb lab coming on the porch! April 23, 2012
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst Product sold by Home Depot Product coverage very poor and difficult to apply. Coverage is not what is explained on the product instructions. Two months after applied it began to chunck and peel up. Only good thing is if you don't like it, just add water it will peel up in large chunks! December 7, 2011
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Looks just like advertisement photos I am a single mother in upstate NY; I wouldn't say I have professional experience, but I've painted inside and out for years and stained my decks a few times. While it's only been a month, this product is fantastic so far. I applied it myself, and if you follow the instructions you shouldn't have a problem. It's a perfect coating for my pool deck... non-slip, no slivers, looks like composite. It does get hot in the sun, but what doesn't? 1. USE THE ROLLER THEY RECOMMEND!!!! If you use a brush or a regular roller, you will not get the coverage or the finish you expect. (I've seen the results of this mistake - made by a "pro".) 2. USE ENOUGH OF THE PRODUCT!!!! If you don't, you will not get the results you expect. (I'm pretty sure I've used more than they say you'll need.) 3. FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. Watch the video. So to recap, my advice: use their roller, use enough product, follow the directions. You won't be disappointed. July 14, 2013
