Answer:
The minimum depth is 22". Majority of all cabinet on the outside front to back are 24" deep. Your inside dimension is usually somewhere between 22.25 to 23" depending on the type of cabinet and manufacturer. If you have 22" plus a extra .50 to .75" for the frame, you will be fine.

Is it normal for the door bracket to wiggle a little?

I installed this pretty easily and it fits and works nice. I have a secure installation inside the cabinet, and the door is securely affixed to the grey metal door bracket. Is it normal for that bracket to wiggle front to back (such as in the same direction that is controlled the tilt adjustment)? I took the retainer clips off and pulled the aluminum skirt back to make sure that all four screws used for the "door tilt" adjustment are tight. Everything seems tight and installed correctly, but it's like the whole door rocks back and forth a bit which originates from where the door bracket is attached to the main sliding mechanism. Is that normal, or should it be really tight? I wonder if I should have gotten the wood base slide because the door mount on that one looks more secure on top of the wood.

Answer:
It is not normal. It could be possible that the hardware is installed slightly too far inside at the bottom of the cabinet which could cause it it wiggle a little because it's actually causing a very slight angle. If that is not the case it is also possible that the bracket is slightly bent causing it to not be as secure as it should be. You should contact HomeDepot.Com directly for further questions Read More

Will this work in a frameless cabinet that has a 15" wide cabinet interior opening? From viewing it I don't see why it wouldn't work on a frameless install just as well, but I don't see it specified.

Answer:
If the opening is 15" exactly then it should work since the unit itself is barely under 15". Assuming you also mount the door as well. If you don't mount the door then the hinges could interfere.

Rated 3.5 out of 5 by 4 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bought it not worth the price Not worth the price I paid. It isnt self closing & came to me broken. 2nd review & they keep deleting it not wanting real reviews August 18, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Need to buy the extension brackets for better installation The instructions were OK for installing the waste containers. The extension brackets that are ordered separately did not have any instructions and took some time for me to figure out where they went. Worked out OK and seems to be a nice product. August 4, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great trash/recycle hardware The only reason I don't recommend this is due to the extra $80 I paid to have a retractable closure. The regular one would have made me more than happy and, I would have saved the $80 and therefor given it 5 stars. The quality is great. It feels solid when using it, unlike the one you would buy in the store like we did our first time. I went on the recommendation of a review a customer had given that the product was great, but wished she had invested the extra money for the retractable closure. Not to regret her decision, I invested in the retractable closure. It's just wasn't worth it to me. I am a female in my mid-50's, and not saying that a female can't install it, you certainly can, but I did need assistance, from my brother-in-law who is a good handyman, attaching the cabinet door to the hardware. There is a template that does help, especially for attaching the hardware to the inside of the cabinet. It made it very easy and fast to install. For some reason it took a good hour longer than I expected to install. There was a lot of measuring to make it just right. He is very meticulous, but I wanted it done right. For this reason, I gave it 4 stars due to the installation. Take it for what it's worth, but maybe if my cabinet door wasn't so heavy, I wouldn't have to give it a harder push or a second push to get it to close. If your cabinet door is lighter, having the retractable closure may be worth it not to have it bang when you close it. I could take it back but maybe I'll get used to it. I really don't like giving it a 2nd push to close it. August 11, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overall very good Our only concern that there isn't enough support where it attaches to door and will eventually come loose & fall off September 18, 2013
