Yes. There is no "forward" or "backward" edge on these. When one side gets dull, flip them over. The only caution I give is NOT reusing blade for the second side if its bent (like its hit a rock) or do NOT use it at all if the blade has any cracks on it. Answer:
You have to purchase the special head and swap out the heads on the spindle of your string trimmer. It's really fairly easy to do.

I have the rhino push and load head that came with nylon trimmers on my weedwacker. Can these metal blades replace the nylon ones? Will they be held in place securely? Or would i need to get a different adapter on my weedwacker to use these?

Answer:
These blades require a head specifically made for them. To avoid the hassle of having to change back and forth to this from the string trimmer head, I bought a second string trimmer end and placed the special head on that - it's a lot faster with the quick-change ends to simply swap out the ends than to be switching the heads back and forth on the same end.

Answer:
If you had this type of blade before, than yes it's the correct replacement blade set. I try to keep a couple of extra sets on hand since they only can be used a few times with rigorous use

Brush Cutter Replacement Blades is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 28.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Rhino-tuff A great name for this attachment. It saves about an hour of string rewinding in an area with heavy weeds. They don't keep breaking like the string on the trimmer does

I used it numerous times and got quiet expensive changing blades.over all it was a bigger hassel than the line. I've switched back to the line and I would not recommend this product to anyone. However,it is best to find out for yourself. Buy it use it and I almost guarantee you'll go back to the line

Awesome product for things that are too tough to use a normal string trimmer for - small saplings, cattails, marsh grass, etc. I do a lot of summer maintenance on cottages/camps that are located in the deep wilderness, next to rivers/lakes/etc. that only get their lawns cut one or twice per year. These blades are indispensable. Really easy to swap out the string trimmer head for the blade one, and really easy to put replacement blades in when the others get dull/broken.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awsome tool for clearing fence lines The original tool was easy to install on my old John Deere trimmer and worked great for clearing 2-3 year growth on the backside of my fence line. Then I took it up to a piece of property I have in SC and did a lot of clearing that was long over due. The replacement blades are easy and only takes minutes to install. Is definitely a tool that I wouldn't be without now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Cutter I've used my Echo weed wacker to clean up our large perennial garden for years, and have always had to extend (and replace) the line every few minutes due to tough plant stalks. The Rino Toughbrush Cutter attachment has been absolutely great -- I can go at least an entire season (and usually two) without replacing the blades. They cut stalks up to an inch if you're careful, and will probably last forever if you don't hit rocks or bricks. The replacement blades are readily available and install with the use of a Phillips screwdriver - I'm very happy with this product
