I needed a sliding shelf/draw to go into an awkward spot and I thought of using sliders and making the shelf myself but these looked like they could save me a lot of work.
They do, but the materials used are just enough to get the function done and no more.
The base is thin woodboard like material. The sides and front back are pine and just functional. The sliders though are very basic. What you might get in a Target dressing table draw set.
For $69 I was hoping for better sliders and materials so somewhat disappointed and if I were to do it again I would buy good sliders and make the shelve using different materials.
However the job got done and the shelf and sliders have large tolerances which means that even with my bad woodworking skills the shelves work. Just not sure for how long.
If you are using this product in a finished environment, be prepared to sand, stain/paint for a while.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by grantman64 Good shelves, good price!
I needed pull-out drawers to make better use of the space under my garage workbench, and I didn't want to spend a mint on fancy pull-outs intended for upscale kitchens. These pull-out shelves are just what I wanted. In my workbench, I could use the full 30 inch width of the drawers without trimming, and now instead of losing stuff under my workbench, I can get to what I need easily.
I found the quality of these drawers to be fine for the price. The drawer bottoms are coated fiber board and in my case, they were perfectly square. The wood sides, front and rear are furniture grade plywood and would be easy to sand and paint/stain if you wanted to. The dovetail joints all fit snugly. The drawer guides and rollers are basic and not meant for heavy loads. If you're looking at these with the idea of loading them up with heavy pots and pans, either go for more expensive drawers or get these and plan on replacing the included guides with heavier duty parts.
The installation instructions aren't the greatest, but you shouldn't be looking at these unless you have some basic carpentry skills. For my installation, I had to put in wooden rails for the guides to attach to - in a kitchen cabinet, you would be screwing them to the inside of the cabinet sides. Be ready to spend some time adjusting and shimming the guides so that the drawers roll easily without "derailing."
So, are these drawers the thing for a $50,000 kitchen? Probably not. Are they good for adding pull-out utility to your existing kitchen, utility room, or garage? Yes, definitely. I'm pleased with mine and am glad that Home Depot sells a reasonably priced option that delivers good quality and value.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Bill Very pleased with this product.
I bought and installed two of these roll out shelves for my daughter. She is so happy with them she now wants a few more of them in her kitchen.
The instructions were a bit lacking in detail but common sense always works as this stuff is not rocket science. They took longer to instal than I had planned. The spacers provided were not long enough which involved a trip to the hardware store for the correct length, plus longer screws. All in all it was a good experience.

Cutting and assembling was straightforward. There should be a "weight limit" specified with the product. After installing the shelves, at 29" wide, and with a sizable but not excessive load on them, just a slight wobble when pushing them closed, caused the shelves to fall off the tracks at the back.
There needs to be a lip on the lower track to capture the nylon wheel more aggressively. I had to install an intermediate brace through the lower track to stabilize it.
Additionally, my initial order came with all right hand mounting brackets. A lot of phone and e-mail time and two weeks' wait for the correct brackets for the left side.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Thomas 22 IN. DEEP DO-IT-YOURSELF PULLOUT SHELF
The shelf itself is a good value (good wood, etc.) but depending on the installation may require a more work for fitting, sizing and anchoring. If you are installing as a free-hanging (no pantry shelf for support), the extra, plastic braces included are of no value--you will need solid wood pieces.
One small (sore) point: the shelf platform or floor-piece should be an extra ~1/2 inch larger (forward-back) in order to cover the entire wood frame. I used extra-wide top screws to secure this piece to the wood base. The directions assume you will only use the left and right side brackets. If you will be putting a lot of weight (like large cans and bottles) then you will want to secure the base properly.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Handyman Well made and professional looking.
Drawers are very well made and engineered. They fit together easily. The instructions need a little clarifying but the customer service number reaches someone who is very helpful. For me, installation needed some modification due to the type of cabinets I have. The result looks professional and works very well.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Timmy OK if you have some experience in kits...I have not.
The biggest problem with this was the directions. I felt they were incomplete. There were steps that should have been included such as how many screws go into the bottom.Do you need to make a permanent attachment to the back of the cupboard if it is too deep.
In my case I goofed on the glue job as the box was not quite square. I think one of my clamps slipped.
Adjusting the sides was a problem as there was no written explanation for getting the rails lined up.
Bottom line..it works and I'll know better next time. There probably will be a next time.
