Breathable Fabric Planting Containers and Pots 1 gal. Planter (10-Pack) is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 15.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Evironmentally Sound I have used 2 out of the 10 provided to transplant a couple of small house plants. It is a cloth pot, it made the process less messy than usual however I did have a small problem grasping it to place it in the new pot. Perhaps small cloth rings on the side would be a useful addition.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice I ordered these containers to transplant my freshly rooted Rose of Sharon cutting . The fabric pots in this case 1 gallon size Transplants went vary well but there is an upside and a down side to using fabric pots The upside is air flow on roots and faster growing and keeps roots cool by evaporation cooling roots in hot days The down side is consuming and more frequent watering as opposed to standard containers which keep more water but offer little circulation and heat up

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Interesting idea - hard to maneuver Really liked the idea of breathable plant containers. It was easy to plant items in planter, but a little difficult to move as the container "squished" when picked up. The container did dry out much quicker than clay pots. It was a little hard to remember to water more often. The containers are reusable, which I like. Once they were in a permanent location, the containers are fine. The small containers are easy to move. I don't know how difficult a larger container would be to move. It would be heavier because of the dirt and collapse some. You would need two hands and maybe support underneath to pick up the container.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not Bad I filled the containers and planted some smaller annuals. The containers do not stand up that well. They support moisture retention. So overall not a bad product. But I don't think it is really that useful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really great idea -- why didn't we always do this? We are planting our first garden, and we started with seeds. We've needed to replant everything as it has grown but prior to putting it in the actual outdoor garden. It's great to know that all we will need to do is move enough soil to place these pots (10 were included) directly in the garden and they will degrade and yet allow the plants to grow into the soil. I wish we had more of these!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for starting new plants These fabric planters are great for the garden. The root pouch is made of a solid material the can handle all the elements expected in gardening, water, sun, air, and soil. They are large enough for starting seeds, transplanting seedlings, or small full sized plants. Larger plants that out grow the size could be placed in larger pots by removing the fabric bottom and or sides.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Root pouch breathavle fabric planting containers/pots, 1 gal planter I love these planters, I must have a dozen & used them for my tomato plants and herbs. I like the fact that the whole plant can "breathe" and the roots do not get bound and circle around the bag. Everything that I planted has done very well. I also like that I can leave the bags in the garden area or transport them to any place I want to including the patio/deck. When growing season is over you can empty them out, they clean up very well, or leave the dirt in and store them, either way, they work!
