CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 4.2 out of 5 by 5 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by I took a chance I've never tried these diamond bits before, so I bought the one with the most diamond on it so it would have the best chance to impress me, or fall flat. I'm impressed! I Once you get through the glazed surface on the quarter-inch floor tile, it eats a line or needed curve with no problem. On the thinner bathroom tile it was a breeze. I used it plenty, yet it still has some life left. I used an ordinary DeWalt cordless drill on high speed. I will never do any more tile work without this tool. August 19, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by I used this today to cut holes in glass tile, NO PROB! (need the 5/16 diamond hole saw to start) The tile is glass, common now. The tile man cut holes too big for today's demanding fixtures. I used a Home Depot sold Rigid 5/16 diamond hole saw to start the hole, and enlarged, with LOTS of water, to 1 1/18", with a Roto Zip bit like this, NO PROBLEM. ( Took 1 try on scrap, and 20 minuets per hole). Now the tile will be replaced, and allow for a shower fixture with demanding dimensions. I can no longer find these in the HD stores, mabee stolen too often. Buy them online! March 20, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by This bit DOES NOT cut porcelain tiles!!! This bit will not cut porcelain tiles. However, it will shred thru ceramic tiles like butter. I found that the 1/8 AND the 5/32 tile bits for the RotoZip work great for cutting thru ceramic tiles and is less then a third of the cost. Porcelain tiles are really dense and a little more fragile then ceramic. This drill bit (at any variable speed) just didn't work... Buy a wet saw. May 14, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by This product exceeded my expectation. I used this bit while putting floor tile in my bath room. Did circle and curve cuts without a problem. I'm a first time user and this bit did the job much better than I expected. The sales person was very courteous and helpful in placing the order. The product was received right on time. Rated 5 out of 5 by Fantastic tool This proved great for cutting those non round holes in 3/8 marble tile. Fast cutting (dry). A must have for the do it yourself tile installer. March 14, 2012
