Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bart Ever since Bosch bought roto zip the bits snap right off. been using them for 13 years. It was painfully obvious when Bosch starting overseeing production. This was mainly with the 1/8" bits. Now the 5/32" bits only cut 5" then snap off. So we are back to the 1/8" bits. For right now the 1/8" bits are stronger than the 5/32". There is something wrong with 5/32" right now. Originally we could do about 10 cooktop cutouts in Corian with the 1/8" bits not any longer.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by BuyerBeware22 The baddest drywall spiral saw bits you'll ever use
These are for your big cutouts in drywall. I have no idea how they'll perform in wood or laminate or whatever -- the RotoZip Spiral Saw is an inferior tool for that sort of plunge cut and my renovating crew is never limited to keeping just one or two power tools in our bags or boxes. But for the big cutouts in drywall, niches, recessed cabinets, taking down ceilings to completely redesign the lighting, these bits in a RotoZip are the way, the truth, and the light. Draw your lines, set the RotoZip to 1/2" and away you go like a hot knife through butter, linear foot after linear foot after linear foot..

I was using this bit to remove some glazing from an old window. I thought all purpose was all purpose. About two thirds of the way through the project, the bit snaps. I was not expecting this. I put in the other bit and finished the window. I still have four other windows to go. I wonder how many bits I will have to exchange to get the job done?

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Lucas Beware - doesn't fit non-rotozip tools!
I'm sure these bits work great if you can use them. They were 4mm wide - the perfect width for a project I was working on. However the entire shaft is 4mm, which didn't fit EITHER rotary tool I was using (one was the rechargeable Ryobi), which only accommodate a 3mm bit in their chuck (or the really big size (1/4"?), but nothing in between. I guess the genuine Rotozip tools have a 4mm chuck option.
The bits would have been more universal if they had tapered the shaft end of the bit to 3mm. Oh well.
So beware non-Rotozip users!

Worked like a charm like cutting through butter with this bit. Unlike other that break.

i bought these for my electrical project they had to cut through 1" thick wood planking & 5/8" sound tiles they worked but you have to drill a starter hole & i think you will have the best results by cutting a little at a time i did it all at once these also take a 5/32" collet which is not part of most rotary tool kits so make sure you use the right one because those things turn some really fast rpms
