Spray the weed or grass you want to kill until they are thoroughly wet. You can do this in your driveway, around fences, etc.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst sprayer ever The roundup inside is great, but the sprayer useless, like an automatic had soap disperser. It gently oozes a blob of foam. I try to kill grass in my gravel driveway, in ditches and around the garden, and it can take many squeezes to get a blob on the plant I need to hit. When there are many tiny sprouts, it is impossible. Moreover, after a few squeezes the refill is slow. It does not spray liquid to cover a target. It puts out a poorly targetable blob that is fine for a big broadleaf - but you can use a different product for that. I purchased this as an alternative to a backpack for small areas, and it does not function acceptably.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product! It works! Half of our back yard is a patio made of "house" bricks, with dirt in between the bricks - a natural place for weeds to gather. The pathway is made of flagstone with dirt around them. One application of Round-Up and the weeds are dead within two days. We've used R-U for the past five years because we've seen the proof of a good product. Unused spray is stored in its original bottle in a cool place throughout the year. When a new variety of seeds or stragglers dare to show up, Round-Up is always ready for action. We highly recommend it for the toughest of jobs.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does NOT work as advertised Trying to kill some weeds/grass in a rock garden. Applied Round-up twice (just to be sure) and 24 hours later saw absolutely no results. Made a third and fourth application (absolutely DRENCHED everything) and after another 24 hours maybe about half of the weeds/grass were dying, all the rest were still green and happy. Spoke with a rep at Home Depot and he said the Round up in the white bottle is water based while the extended stuff in the gray bottle was oil based and should work better. Will give it a couple more days but it is disappointing that I've had to use about 90% of that huge bottle, on a pretty small area, for such meager results. Oh, for what it's worth, I had no trouble at all with the wand applicator as others have. It worked great but wish I could say the same for the product!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Didn't kill a single weed! I don't like using herbicides, but I had an area with grass, ivy and wild blackberries that was severely overgrown and I thought I'd try Roundup. What a waste of time! I spend an hour carefully spraying and 4 days later you would never be able to tell where I sprayed. I tried it on several different types of weeds and not a single one died or even looks sick! Thanks for nothing Roundup!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Did not work very good Sprayed this round-up on several different types of weeds and after a few days every weed still was alive with very little damage. I can remember when Round-up was the best week killer around but like a lot of other things you buy now it has been down graded and cost more. Spectracide Weed & Grass Killer is the way to go and cost less than Round-up...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Grass is still alive I sprayed this on some grass that was growing in my garden & 3 days later the grass is still alive. Very disappointed I thought Round Up was supposed to be the best at killing unwanted grass.
