We found this a very useful product for a very uneven floor. The moulding flexed enough to accommodate the floor. We have also used it in bathrooms so we don't worry about rot if water gets on the floor. We also used it around a black laminate counter from Ikea in a bathroom. Since it is not wood, it was perfect for an area that could get wet. We use wood shoe moulding on the hardwood floors.

Always used wood before but the vinyl was much easier to cut and less mess.
I just cut it with snips. No saw needed.

For the price this molding was perfect for what I needed it for. I did not have any issues with it splitting or breaking. the strips I got were white but I still painted them. Worked well

I installed these with a brad nailer and did not have any split. Color was not as bright as I wanted and the finish could have been harder.

Be prepared, these are not bright white they are more of a grayish white.
Typically for nailing in trim you use a 1/16th inch bit for pre-drilling to prevent splitting, these require a 5/64 bit.
