Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Galbani I love these containers!!
These containers have proven to be gold!! I no longer have to take all the containers above or below the one I want to access. I just flip the door open and walla!! I use them for my shoes and they are awesome!! I only wish they would be offered in a variety of colors, however still be able to "see through" them. This would help me further organize by giving me the ability to color code. I strongly recommend these for any item that requires stacking which you access daily. You will love them!!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by CindyM Stackable and "with" access door!
I run a small home-based business with lots and lots of inventory. These stackable bins are perfect in size and still allow access to the lower bins with the door. I may try to incorporate these into my pantry lol!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Zinha Just What I Needed
I am an organizer/designer, so when I have a vision of how I want something to be, I set out to find the items or ideas on how to make the items. I had all my high heels in individual labeled stacked red boxes. It looked very neat and pretty in my closet, but every time I needed to get shoes from the bottom box, it was too much work. I had my eye on similar front opening boxes from a closet store, but they were way too expensive. I came across these in Home Depot, and couldn't believe my luck! I bought three to try out. Bonus, I can fit three pairs in one box (sz 7.5). That gave me room for all of my shoes, so I packed them by shoe color and stacked them. I loved them so much that I got online and ordered about 11 more boxes. Now all my shoes are neat and easily accessible! I even wear ones that I had forgotten I had, since I can see them. "Red dress tonight...hmm, let me see what I have in my boxes of red shoes. Oh, I love these forgotten ones! Perfect!"
These are not meant for heavy duty use, since they are not real thick. If you are going to use them for kids shoes, I would put them at the top of the closet where it won't be the child opening and closing them for shoes or knocking them over. They could work for craft stuff as well, but again, not in wear and tear situations.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Kai Finally something that fits Wedges!!
Finally found a box that will fit wedges! Am storing 2 pairs of wedges per box with shoes on their sides and I don't have to juggle boxes to get a pair out. Love the front drop down access!

This is the best idea for a storage box. The door makes it easy to reach everything in this all the time.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by BobtheBuilder Worth every penny!
I bought about 100 of these to store my wife's shoes. These fit women's shoes perfectly and men's shoes up to about size 10. Probably fit 3-4 pairs of sandals maybe 2 pairs heels or dress shoes and 1-2 pair women's sneakers.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by CJTravel0709 Very Usable Stackable Storage! LOVE IT!
I was very surprise that the "extra small" actually was not that small and a bit larger than a large shoe box. Not too narrow which I liked a lot. It can easily fit 3-4 flat sandals, 2 pairs of ladies heels, or a pair of men's large shoes. So great to use in the closet for shoe storage and other things because it's easily stackable, clear color and see through. It can be configured and used in so many different ways that I have not only used it for shoe storage but also had a few to organize my kids room. Esp great for storing puzzles, games that the kids and easily see and access! Love IT! Would definitely consider buying more to add for storage in the office and bathroom.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by EightOfEight brittle plastic cracks easily
I don't understand why Rubbermaid used such brittle plastic for the construction of these boxes. One of them was cracked during shipping. On another, the lid corner cracked and splintered into several pieces when I dropped it from a height of only 2 feet off the floor. The double-entry concept is a good one, and I can imagine it would work well for shoes or other items in the closet IF the "doors" on the front side opened easily. Some of them do, but others you have to really wiggle around so much that this storage system becomes no more efficient than piling a bunch of cardboard shoe boxes on top of each other. I'm afraid these will be in the recycling bin before long, once they are all broken.
