CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 3.7 out of 5 by 32 reviewers.
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Serves purpose.. Looks good from afar In 2 hours, my husband and I had cabinet assembled. Granted we typically don't purchase items to be assembled. Because it was going outside, I overlooked the scratches all over one door, not until the last direction did we notice the same door also had the molded peg that pivots door, smashed in production? Last step... Darn... Wasn't going to de-assemble after this much time involved. Check doors for scratches and make sure molded resin is not damaged. It looks really pretty and works wonderful as a serving table but the damaged door (with many scratches) keeps popping open. February 17, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Lots of storage, looks nice, I love it The experience to own this unit started with frustration but now I love it. Assembly was easy and frustration started at the end of the assembly when I tried to place the shelf on white hooks that hold it. No matter what I did, the shelf simply refused to stay in place. Long story short, hooks were bad by design, the lip on the hooks is just too small to hold the shelf. I had to fabricate plastic pieces on the hooks back to extend it so it comes forward enough to hold shelf securely. Full assembled, its appearance is wicker like and goes really well with my outdoor wicker patio dining set. During a birthday party, we used it to store drinks and further had all the drinks on the unit’s top for serving. It offers ample space to store whatever you like. Talking about maintenance, its washable, will never rust and will never need staining. However, it can scratch easily. The doors close nicely and offer padlock capability. For me, it’s an added piece to my dining and seating wicker set. I love it. May 3, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Decent Value, But Not as Sturdy or Easy to Assemble as Hoped My husband and I assembled this together. We've assembled a similar piece before, although that one was larger in size. This one was more difficult and complex to assemble in every way! Kind of a pain to say the least. The most frustrating part, however, is the finished product. It looks great - but the doors won't stay closed and the cabinet itself is a bit wonky; the shelf doesn't stay locked into place. The gauge of the plastic wasn't as heavy duty as I would like, but it's a reasonable piece if you need some basic storage for a covered space (and don't mind using a lock to secure the doors). Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible Quality and wayyyyyyyy to much to assemble Over 60 screws to install in a very cheap feeling plastic. The doors do not close completely and do not stay shut. Definitely looks better in pictures than when I received it. As far as the price.....Not worth it due to the cheap look and feel of the plastic and the huge amount of work involve in the assembly. Should cost more around $50. I would return it if I didn't spend all that time putting it together. January 21, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by For this price, you can not get better! IF YOUR DOORS DON'T STAY CLOSED I decided to write this review just for this, a lot of people say their doors don't stay closed, its a simple fix. The doors have a little bulge on the bottom that clicks into a little hole on the bottom piece of the unit, the bottom part tends to flex and this makes it so the doors do not click into place and just swing open. Solution, get a piece of wood/cardboard/paper/plastic/ etc. and just wedge it under the bottom of the whole unit by the front/center, this will lift the bottom floor up a little bit and now your doors will click into place and stay closed! Play around with different sized wedged until you get it just right, I got a piece of paper and folded it a couple of times, put it under and now it works like a charm. Now on to the review 2 People will take anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour to assemble depending on your skills/tools. I recommend you do not try to do this alone. It is very simple to assemble, just take your time, one person holds the two pieces while another screws them in (using a drill makes this process 10x easier). If you are having a hard time screwing into the plastic drill a small hole first then screw it in. Pros. 1. Lots of space for a very low cost product, and it looks really nice (to me). 2. The final product is sturdy enough to hold whatever you can possibly put inside (except maybe a lawnmower or something?). 3. I had no problems using the hooks for the shelves so I can not comment on what other reviewers are saying, the shelf worked fine for me. 4. Price Cons 1. Package arrived beat up by the carrier, the door pins on the top and bottom of the door were pressed in, deformed. Had to get some pliers to straighten them out a little or they would not fit in. (Packaging is really poor!) 2. One of the doors arrived scratched (quite a lot). I looked... a lot, and for this size, ~46-52 inches (width) which is what I needed, I found nothing that came remotely close to this in price, I am happy with the purchase. It's not perfect, it has its flaws, and the packaging is horrendous, its just the box and the items inside, no padding, and since you have to buy it online/ get it shipped there is a big chance it might not get to your door unscathed, but my experience was good. If I had more money I might have bought something better but I didn't. As long as you will not have a problem with the shortcomings of this product and can fix/work around them, go ahead and get it, I love it. January 30, 2015
