You might be able to buy these from Home Depot of the manufacturer. Or you can build your own. Look in the manual online for suggestions.

When I downloaded the assembly directions, it also included the dimensions required for shelving for the owner to install. I was going to go to Home Depot with those dimensions and have them custom cut the plywood for the shelving.

Answer:
You have to call rubbermaid at their 1-800 #; OR, you can buy 1x12s or 2x12s and cut those to fit. I bought two 1x12s and cut them with a hand saw. Took less than 5 minutes and they work perfectly. Plus, cutting the shelves yourself, even if you have to spend $15 on a hand saw, will still be cheaper than buying Rubbermaid shelves.

Not everyone wants a shelf or shelves in a garden shed. So assembly instructions include directions for cutting shelves from 3/4 inch lumber, you could have your shelves cut to size at any lumber store.

It is not anchored. It stands independently, but is very sturdy based off its dimensions and the weight you put inside.

Answer:
Usually this unit is placed up next to a building or larger shed, which provides protection from wind, from whichever direction. If you want to put it out in the open, it is relatively tall and narrow, so you would want a couple of stakes or posts to anchor it.

We appreciate your interest in the Rubbermaid #3749 Vertical Shed.
The shed can be secured to the ground by drilling through four locations in the shed floor panel and inserting stakes into the ground. You can also secure the shed to any immovable object by drillling through four molded-in recessed areas in the back panel.

Answer:
If you didn't keep the original instructions, look online for the manual. The directions are very simple. First fit the sides into the roof, then slide in the top and bottom back panels, and last slide in the floor. All of this is done with shed on its back. Then raise it and move it into place. Best to slide on a piece of cardboard; otherwise, the floor might slide out and you have to redo steps.

3. Position the roof and right side panel on a flat surface. Lift roof slightly and align tabs and slots.
Push roof panel down to lock the two panels in place.

5. Position the upper back panel between the sides with the words “UPPER BACK PANEL” facing up.
Align the tabs and slots and push the panel toward the roof until it locks in place.
6. Repeat step 5 with lower back panel. Align the tabs and slots and push the panel toward the upper
panel until it locks in place.
7. Position the floor panel between the side panels with the word “floor” facing the roof. Align the tabs and slots and push the floor panel down until the tabs on the floor lock into the slots on the back panel. You may need a rubber mallet to tap the floor into place.
8. Stand the shed upright. Place the right front door in the open position. Insert the top hinge pin into the upper hinge hole. Slide the bottom hinge in toward the bottom hinge hole until it falls into place.
9. Repeat step 8 with the left front door.
There are pictures on the Rubbermaid site. Hope this helps.

Do not recall exact dimensions but I do know that it DID NOT fit in my SUV. The box is roughly four feet wide. I rented the Home Depot truck to get it to my house. Unless you have an open bed truck this item WILL NOT fit in your vehicle.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great item! We have just bought a mobile home in the country about 4 months ago & had no outside storage. We were storing some of our outside tools under the home. Once we got the shed I put down pavers, put the shed together, got all of our tools in it & attached it to our deck. It was simple to do, I'm a 62 yr old female & laying the pavers was the hardest of all. It's big enough & sturdy enough for all that we have & it looks great. I'm quite satisfied. October 18, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Just what I needed No tools necessary for assembly; however, no instructions were included. I went to the Rubbermaid website and found the assembly instructions and just printed them out. It was a snap (no pun intended) to put together. I am 68 years young and only needed help lifting to upright position to place doors. I didn't realize when I ordered this shed that no shelves were included. I had a small shelving unit that I placed inside and this works fine. I'm very happy with my purchase. September 16, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good with reservations Once we got this put together and in place, I think it will be just fine. I first tried to put it together myself, and it is difficult to do with one person. It's just too big to reach all the way across a piece and slide it in its groove. So with one person to help, it's a cinch. However, after setting it upright and sliding it into place, the floor section pulled out, and one of the sides came loose. So we put it together again. This time we slid it into place on a piece of cardboard so there was no friction on the floor while moving it. That worked, and it's now in place filled with stuff. One caution: If this shed was in a place completely open to the elements, I don't know if it would hold up. If it is knocked over with a high wind, it would almost surely fall apart. This goes back to why it fell apart when we attempted to move it. The grooves that each piece slide into are not very deep and it is easy for a piece to pop out of its groove (see above). Another tip: I wanted to be able to have shelving, but also some space for tall tools. Simple solution is to use a small shelving unit inside the shed, place it in the middle, and place long-handled tools on either side. I used a plastic shelving unit 2ft wide, five feet tall, and one foot deep. October 11, 2016
