Answer:
The shed has a plastic floor, but that floor has to be built on a firm level surface. I used some 1'X1' cement pavers that I had hanging around. I laid them on the soil in the yard after I leveled the area. That worked well, but you could get away with compacting the soil and then leveling is and build the shed on that.

Answer:
it does come with flooring. the question you must ask yourself is, "What is the shed going to sit on?" my shed sits on concrete, so this project was easy. If you need to level an area and set concrete or some other means of a foundation, you will need to consider additional costs and labor time.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Slide-Lid shed This shed was the perfect size!!! Not too big and not too small. The directions were easy to follow. It took about 3 hours with just 1 person putting it together and another steadying it. LOVE IT! June 16, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Storage Great product. Easy to assemble and love the slidding roof. March 29, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great shed for small spaces! I had a limited amount of space and was hindered by my HOA, but I needed a shed to get some of the clutter out of my garage. I was not allowed to have a large shed that extended above the top of the property line fence, or that was visible from the street. This Slide Top Shed is the perfect fit as you can see in the pictures. It even came with the hardware to hang the pegboard. There is plenty of storage room and I now have free space in my garage. I'm still working on the configuration but overall am very pleased. I was able to assemble the shed by myself in less than 2 hours. May 9, 2013
