I bought the 2 curl style (not currently pictured on the website). I found the mirrorEd installation of putting the first screw where you wanted the bracket, sliding the bracket on then securing with the second screw before repeating with the shelf itself quick and efficient. Did a whole wall of custom shelves in 4 hours (by myself with cutting the wood as I went along).

I bought 2 of these shelf brackets to support a shelf in my laundry room. They were easy to install and are doing the job. I would recommend them to other buyers.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bracket Impossible to install properly
We ended up returning these brackets and purchasing another brand because they were impossible to install properly due to where the holes for the screws were located. There was no way to get a drill or screw driver at the correct angle. Also there weren't enough screws in the package for the holes in the bracket. They looked really nice though. Oh, and on the package, there are no instructions. Just a sticker that says go to www.rubbermaid.com for installation instructions. And then when you go to the site and find these brackets, it says there are no online instructions for these ones. Frustrating.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by ephemeriis Easy Installation, Looks Good
The packaging indicated that I could find instructions on-line, but I can't find any. And while a couple brackets for a shelf aren't exactly complicated - some guidance would've been helpful.
Some of the other reviews have indicated that it isn't necessary to pre-drill any holes... While you could probably get away with simply brute-forcing the screws in, I wouldn't recommend it. Especially if you're using one of the Wooden Shelves sold elsewhere on this website. The veneer is very slick and it's easy for the screws to slip around, ruining the finish.
Assembly was easy. All the necessary hardware was included. The brackets seem plenty sturdy. And the end result looks very nice. Very happy with my purchase.

Needed these to help support a narrow strip of granite for a banjo type vanity top. Rated capacity was more than required. Attractive finish.

These stylish Rubbermaid brackets are easy to install--if you do it in this sequence:
Since these brackets can be mounted either way, determine if you want the long leg or the short leg on your wall. Next, It's easiest to mount the brackets to the underside of the shelving FIRST. Once that's done, simply determine where you want to mount the shelving on your wall, drive the hanging screws (try to hit studs, for strength), and install the assembled setup to the wall. Voile! A great looking shelf with satin nickel arches, and that's more than strong enough for larger items.
