After reading the specs on line & on the box, we were surprised by the actual dimensions required - while the shed is 3.5' X 7' (or 42"X84") we found we actually needed 46" X 87" with base and overhang on roof. We also chose to install a base of 1/2" exterior plywood over 4"X6" framing under the floor - makes ir really solid. The brackets for installing shelves and hangers are great - managed to install a bar with hooks for lawn tools & a pegboard for smaller items as well as a free-standing shelf set..
This is an up-size from and earlier 2' X 4' Rubeermaid shed, and I expect to get the same service from it. It went together quite easily, with only a bit of fiddling to get the roof panels snapped on.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Eddie Very functional and useful shed
Picked up unit at store. Had help loading it but had to unload it in my driveway by myself. Packaging was slightly damaged and small blemish on one panel. It was too heavy for me to carry box to place of installation so I opened the box and carried it piece by piece to back yard.
Assembly was straight forward and I followed directions to the letter. I did it by myself but two would have been better. No problems. Looks great!
I cut plywood for attic shelving using dimensions in manual. Should have been at least 1/2" longer for safety.
I wish the store carried more accessories for hanging items and wall shelving in stock.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by gardner Nice idea but hard to build
Nice idea but very hard to build. The parts are suppose to snap together but very hard to try and make them work properly. In the end, with 3 people working on it, each section had one tab snap into place but the others would not. We bought a can of expanding foam to seal all the gaps from the inside. it seems to be holding.
Also the doors are difficult to close properly. since they are tall and only have a backing at the very top and bottom.
Instructions do not demand a solid poured base but it would probably help with the assembly. Yes we used soap on the tabs and ended up with a board and hammer to provide the "tap into place". The rubber mallet just bounced off the plastic walls..

Easy to put together, good instructions. I put up the shed on my dock, and did it by myself with a ladder. We'll see how it holds up over the extreme Oklahoma conditions.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by wrsr1 As Expected!
Received as expected, took about 3 hours to lay foundation and put together. Just make sure to follow the directions. Overall I am pleased with the outcome! With some of the negative reviews I was a little leery but had no issues and did it all by myself too so am not sure if those people read the directions correctly or tried to cut corners.
I fell this will hold up very well for what I am using it for (I do have a smaller cabinet from rubbermaid that I have had for over 15 years and that is still holding up well.
For the price of this unit I fell it is well worth the money!

Not happy with this product. Pieces are warped. Didn't fit together well at because of this. Bottom won't snap into place. Should have returned it but the box was ruined.

The Junior Big Max shed is the right size for what I needed and it looks nice, but the two side panels will not, no matter how much adjusting, snap into the front corners of the roof panels. They are secure because of the screw hooks provided, but it doesn't look finished and put together from the outside. One of the gables was broken in shipment, but Home Depot was excellent in shipping replacement quickly, still was annoying as I had volunteers available for only one day to assemble. Also, beware of the "bought together" Home Depot screen showing hanging racks that go with the Junior Big Max shed. They do not. After receiving shipment and discovering this, I called Home Depot and they said I should call Rubbermaid. I did, but was told if I had clicked, here, here, and here then I would have seen the model number and that these brackets did not fit. Well, they were advertised as being bought together on the site so I assumed that they would work. I noted several other customer complaints (after the fact of course) about this very same thing. Home Depot should review their site every once in awhile. Very frustrating.
