The floor to my Big Max Junior storage shed does not allow the back panels to snap in - they just sit on top of the floor. I don't think the floor is right, the part# is J5H51-2 instead of J5H51 in the instructions. Does that make a difference? We tried for 2 hours and still no luck.

Answer:
This is tricky Thomas. Rubbermaid does not offer racks that slide into pre-made holes in the walls of the Big Max Jr. shed. They do for the Max Shed so don't be confused. According to their website you will have to purchase wall anchors to be able to attach anything to the walls. Here is what I found.

My Big Max Jr. is 1S85 but you need to double check your # to make sure you get the correct anchor.
To purchase wall anchors, please contact our Consumer Service Department at 888-895- 2110; they accept Visa and MasterCard. When calling, please have the part number molded into either door panel available.
Hope this helps.

Customer Reviews

Rated 3.6 out of 5 by 89 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Shed Needed something to put yard tools and mower in to free up space in my garage. Home Depot had it in stock, brought it home, built a wood deck and leveled it. The shed went together really well, instructions are very clear and easy. The bottom panels are pretty hard to snap to the floor like other reviews had noted but I weigh 200 lbs. and I could hang all my weight on the panels and bounce a little and they would finally pop in, definately takes two people to put roof panels in. Took me and my wife about two hours too assemble and we love it. Note, it needs to be perfectly level in every direction though or the doors will not line up correctly. September 3, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Rubbermail shed and customer service below poor rating. We purchased Rubbermaid product thinking it was a good brand name. After call to customer service and taking pictures of damage and misfit panels they say instructions have changed. The damage was before it was boxed and they shipped anyway. Sent at least 4 emails and in the end customer service said I didn't mention damage or problems in my first email so they are not going to do anything. VERY inadequate customer service. If I could rate less than poor I would. We hired someone to put together and they had to screw in brackets to hold together. Extremely poor quality. August 30, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A lot of storage space Not as easy to put together as the directions seem to indicate, but it was worth the effort. August 23, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Another Good roduct from Rubbermaid After reading the specs on line & on the box, we were surprised by the actual dimensions required - while the shed is 3.5' X 7' (or 42"X84") we found we actually needed 46" X 87" with base and overhang on roof. We also chose to install a base of 1/2" exterior plywood over 4"X6" framing under the floor - makes ir really solid. The brackets for installing shelves and hangers are great - managed to install a bar with hooks for lawn tools & a pegboard for smaller items as well as a free-standing shelf set.. This is an up-size from and earlier 2' X 4' Rubeermaid shed, and I expect to get the same service from it. It went together quite easily, with only a bit of fiddling to get the roof panels snapped on. July 17, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very functional and useful shed Picked up unit at store. Had help loading it but had to unload it in my driveway by myself. Packaging was slightly damaged and small blemish on one panel. It was too heavy for me to carry box to place of installation so I opened the box and carried it piece by piece to back yard. Assembly was straight forward and I followed directions to the letter. I did it by myself but two would have been better. No problems. Looks great! I cut plywood for attic shelving using dimensions in manual. Should have been at least 1/2" longer for safety. I wish the store carried more accessories for hanging items and wall shelving in stock. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice idea but hard to build Nice idea but very hard to build. The parts are suppose to snap together but very hard to try and make them work properly. In the end, with 3 people working on it, each section had one tab snap into place but the others would not. We bought a can of expanding foam to seal all the gaps from the inside. it seems to be holding. Also the doors are difficult to close properly. since they are tall and only have a backing at the very top and bottom. Instructions do not demand a solid poured base but it would probably help with the assembly. Yes we used soap on the tabs and ended up with a board and hammer to provide the "tap into place". The rubber mallet just bounced off the plastic walls.. July 12, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by As Expected! Received as expected, took about 3 hours to lay foundation and put together. Just make sure to follow the directions. Overall I am pleased with the outcome! With some of the negative reviews I was a little leery but had no issues and did it all by myself too so am not sure if those people read the directions correctly or tried to cut corners. I fell this will hold up very well for what I am using it for (I do have a smaller cabinet from rubbermaid that I have had for over 15 years and that is still holding up well. For the price of this unit I fell it is well worth the money! June 28, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Storage shed Easy to put together, good instructions. I put up the shed on my dock, and did it by myself with a ladder. We'll see how it holds up over the extreme Oklahoma conditions. August 10, 2016
