I bought 2 of these carts from Home Depot years ago and have been trying my hardest to beat them up. I even strapped my Yamaha upright piano on one of them when we moved our family. It doesn't look strong enough to handle that but it did without a hiccup. I use them almost every weekend to move large speakers and heavy amplifier racks. It's not uncommon for me to have a 300-400 pound load on one of these carts.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Craig Nice product, with some reservations
The platform itself is very sturdy, but the handle could be a bit heavier to match. It's actually made to pull with, not push.
Assembly is not as easy as it appears. The instructions show driving the nylon bearings in with a mallet. That is the EASY part. What they don't clearly indicate is that the caster shaft must be FULLY inserted into the bearing. There is a spring retainer which has to be driven beyond the length of the bearing. If any part of the shaft is visible, you don't have it in fully. I ended up using a length of 1X1 set against the base of the swivel and driving it in with a deadblow mallet. NOT easy.
I suspect that's why Adam had that wheel bend.

This is a great little cart. I think the negative reviews were from putting it together incorrectly. You will need a mallet and some vegetable oil. I am a small woman and I managed to put it together myself. A little oil on the plastic sleeve will help it slide into the cart, and a little oil on the metal caster pin will help the caster slide in. At first I thought that a little swivel to the back wheels was a good idea until I assembled it and tried to push the cart. Nope. The wheels will turn sideways and not move. I pulled them back out about 1/4 inch with a pry bar and re-inserted them correctly. Now I can pull or push the cart with ease. You will notice that there is a rectangular inset for the back wheels on the bottom of the cart. This is your hint to set the back wheels into the space so that those wheels do not swivel.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by laurag did the job effectively!
I needed a hand truck to unload my belongings from a minivan. A rubber mallet is absolutely necessary to put this item together, btw. Thankfully I brought mine with me on this move. Once I got the nylon inserts and wheels installed completely, it worked beautifully. I was able to unload items quickly on a very hot morning. THANK YOU for a great product! Just be sure to have a rubber mallet for assembly.

My husband received this as a Father's Day gift. He is a recent leg amputee and but still wants to help with some work around the house and this is perfect. He has also lost the use of his kidneys and is on PD dialysis at home. We receive approx. 30 boxes of solution a month, and they are really heavy. He is able to put boxes on the cart and with his wheelchair push them to where he needs them. He can also take the empty boxes and bring them to the curb for recycling. Thank you for an excellent product!
Most important I also want to thank the reviewers, as we had to read their reviews to put it together right!!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Schell Perfect to keep in trunk
I've had this cart/trolley for two years. It's lightweight and easy to fold up and keep in the closet or trunk. Because it is flat it works well for any size cargo. I keep bungee cords on the handle to secure items.

Easy to put together. Rolls great and easy to transport. We just used it at our local food show recently and it really made setting up so much easier than carrying everything in by hand or trying to use the hand truck. I definitely recommend this trolley.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Andy It's worth just having around
I've had this trolley for over a year now. Originally bought it to move salt water for my fish tanks. Don't have the tanks anymore, but it was priceless during our move and we now use it on at least a weekly basis. Any time there is something even moderately heavy that we need to get to/from the car the trolley is ready. Absolutely recommend getting one.
Make sure you pay attention to the assembly instructions before you start inserting things into holes...
