Love the compactness, ease of use, and price. However, it doesn't have a brake which is definitely needed to prevent it escaping while loading it. Also, not sure if I just got a lemon, but it doesn't steer straight - goes sideways like the occasional shopping cart.

This cart can not be pushed forward. Very awkward when you have to get in and out of a tight office with no room to turn around. Make sure you have a piece of metal rod or pipe and a BIG hammer to attached the wheels. About equal to driving a medium stake in hard soil. Great stress reliever though (putting wheels on, not using the product).

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by TheAudioDistillery Stronger than it looks
I bought 2 of these carts from Home Depot years ago and have been trying my hardest to beat them up. I even strapped my Yamaha upright piano on one of them when we moved our family. It doesn't look strong enough to handle that but it did without a hiccup. I use them almost every weekend to move large speakers and heavy amplifier racks. It's not uncommon for me to have a 300-400 pound load on one of these carts.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by 19824 Difficult Assembly.
I just finished assembling this product. It was not easy. The instructions do not indicate how far the stem of the wheel housing has to be inserted. I thought it had to be flush with the plastic sleeve that was first inserted. I tried every which way and finally decided to give up. It seems to be OK the way it is and I think it will do the job I bought it for, taking out the trash and the recycle stuff. This is a product for a professional and not a "do it yourself" to assemble. Better instructions would have helped too.

My husband received this as a Father's Day gift. He is a recent leg amputee and but still wants to help with some work around the house and this is perfect. He has also lost the use of his kidneys and is on PD dialysis at home. We receive approx. 30 boxes of solution a month, and they are really heavy. He is able to put boxes on the cart and with his wheelchair push them to where he needs them. He can also take the empty boxes and bring them to the curb for recycling. Thank you for an excellent product!
Most important I also want to thank the reviewers, as we had to read their reviews to put it together right!!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by HandymanWannabe Product works well, assembly takes a bit of pushing.
Thanks to one customer's comment, I used WD-40 and was able to push the wheels in.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Craig Nice product, with some reservations
The platform itself is very sturdy, but the handle could be a bit heavier to match. It's actually made to pull with, not push.
Assembly is not as easy as it appears. The instructions show driving the nylon bearings in with a mallet. That is the EASY part. What they don't clearly indicate is that the caster shaft must be FULLY inserted into the bearing. There is a spring retainer which has to be driven beyond the length of the bearing. If any part of the shaft is visible, you don't have it in fully. I ended up using a length of 1X1 set against the base of the swivel and driving it in with a deadblow mallet. NOT easy.
I suspect that's why Adam had that wheel bend.
