Answer:
Yes I don't see why not. I painted my fireplace grate with it - the high heat product can withstand extreme heat and won't let off toxic fumes. People use it on grills grates as well.

Answer:
This paint is meant to be applied to metal. I expect that it will not hold up well applied to fire brick as it is not meant for direct exposure to flame which would be the case with fire brick.

Answer:
Hello Tony!
Thank you for your question!
High heat paint cannot withstand direct flame, so if this is a working fireplace that will have fire burning in it, I would not recommend painting it.
If this is not a working fireplace, you can use it if it is metal.
Also, be aware that adequate ventilation is important when spraying spray paint.
Have a great day!
Christine

Answer:
No, because the outside of your stove will not meet the required temperatures to fully cure. Instead, use Rust-Oleum Specialty Appliance Epoxy. This product is designed specifically for interior metal surfaces that do not come into direct contact with heat and is easily washable and moisture resistant.

Answer:
I used this product for a steel fireplace firebox liner with success, so I expect it will also work on a stove.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by This heavy duty spray paint will stick to whatever you need. I painted my fireplace grate with this paint. It took only 2 coats to get the dark, rich texture that I needed. The grate was old and left out in the weather. It had become extremely rusted. I took an iron brush to it and then painted it with this high heat enamel paint so that it would withstand the heat from a fire. Now there are no signs of any rust and I turned this old grate into what looks like a brand new $400 grate with only a few dollars of spray paint. December 29, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by It's Paint Paint works as it is supposed to. Prep area, shake, pop the top and spray...... pretty easy March 15, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great for use on hot items The can of high heat spray paint was just the right item to use on our rusted fire pit due to the rain and moisture this year here in Georgia. The spray can was easy to use and the paint came out in a perfect pattern as long as you know how to use spray paint. The coverage was excellent.. December 8, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by high temp spray paint the paint went on smoothly with great coverage, no runs or drips September 29, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by No more brass fireplace, worked great I was looking for a spray to cover the ugly gold brass on my fireplace. I checked several stores, until I found this one. It was the best priced that could safely withstand the high heat from the fireplace. I did not use a primer as it recommended, but it did take more than one coat. Both coats dried quickly, too. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Make that fireplace door frame and firebox look great again I bought a single can of this product to make our 12-year old Vermont Majectic gas-fired fireplace insert look like new again. The glass door frame was scratched and the back of the heat exchanger box had the original paint chipped off, showing shiny metal. Two coats of this flat black, heat resistant paint made the unit look like it is new. A few firings since painting show that this product is suitable for such use. March 8, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Definitely a Flat Color It's definitely flat... and haven't used the device that I painted in a high-heat situation yet, so I can't tell you how the paint holds up... but I did get the desired color from it. It does have a very deep dark gray hue to it... it's not perfectly hued 'black', if that's what you are looking for. February 3, 2015
