Two questions - does this have a texture and will it adhere well to plywood?

Building a house, I need a waterproof application for a few sheets of plywood, used to finish the underneath side of an upper level deck. I'm thinking something like bedliner would be bulletproof. I would fasten it with screws with neoprene washers.
Asked by: Don
It is not recommend using Rust-Oleum Truck Bed Coating Spray Paint on a wood surface. This product is designed to adhere to metal surfaces only.

Asked by: Jake

15 oz. Truck Bed Coating Black Spray Paint (6-Pack) is rated 3.8 out of 5 by 46.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Stuff I bought a camper in Florida. It sat on Merritt Island between two body's of water. The frame, bumper and battery tray were severely rusted. I wire brushed all the rust. I then used Rust Oleom rust converter to prime the frame. I sprayed the truck bed liner on all of the parts that I primed. They all look great. It looks like the camper has an undercoat. It's awesome

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for small items I used this product to coat my weights since I have my gym in my garage. I put two coats on the weights and It has held up very well after a few weeks of workouts. This would work well as a light coating for a truck bed but is not going to provide a thick coat like you would get having a professional do the liner. All in all this is a great product for a spray can.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Eh.. So so They don't spray right. The only way to get most of the product out is to turn the can upside down. Threw away 2 mostly full cans before I figured out how to get the rest of the paint out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good stuff Using this to coat a frame on an old truck I'm restoring. Works well. I first tried the Rustoleum rubberized product - didn't like it nearly as well due to it staying tacky.
