Answer:
Rust-Oleum Wet Look Concrete Sealer is a clear water-based penetrating concrete sealer. This is designed for stained concrete or bare concrete surfaces only. If you wish to apply a clear finish to Rust-Oleum Epoxyshield we suggest Rust-Oleum Epoxyshield Premium Clear Finish.

Answer:
Happy to help! If the patio is wood, we recommend using Rust-Oleum Restore 12X Transparent Stain and Sealant. For a concrete surface, a stain and sealer are available separately. We recommend using the Rust-Oleum Semi Transparent Stain along with the Rust-Oleum Wet Look Sealer. http://www.homedepot.com/s/Restore%2520Semi%2520Transparent%2520Stain%2520and%2520Sealer?NCNI-5
