After 8 months, the floor is flaking off. I followed all of the instructions and the surface looked great, but after the cold winter with salt, it started flaking. They also said to apply in small 3-4 foot square sections, but those sections dried unevenly and would show different shades.

Great product. I followed instructions and everything went smoothly. I did my 3 car garage and bought 1 single car garage kit along with the 2.5 car garage kit. The temperature outside was 66-69 deg. and the flooring took 2.5 days to cure to where it wasn't tacky. Make sure you don't shut your garage door all the way until the floor has cured, otherwise the rubber seal on your door will stick to the floor and you'll have a line along the edge of your floor.

Started peeling up off my garage floor within a few weeks. Followed the directions exactly and spent a lot of time and effort getting the floor prepped for the paint. Waiting for my refund from rustoleum.

Looked fine for 5-years. Now its being picked up where the hot tires are standing when a vehicle is parked. When I checked the store for a repair kit, there is none. I was told to buy a new 1- gallon floor kit to repair the 6-square feet that's damaged.

Worked as described on the enclosed video. Easy to work with and seemed to go farther than instructions said. I used on new smooth concrete. Planning to use on the new garage floor that I'm construction now.

I decided to cover my basement floor with the rust-oleam brand to sell my house. I have used the professional stuff in the past on a garage floor and decided that I did not want to pay the price for the basement and would try the rust-oleam brand. I did the floor in steps buying the 2 1/2 car boxes first. the basement took a total of a 6 car garage worth of paint; and I would have rated it higher but I hade two problems. The first was an area that never dried, and after calling the help line; they wanted me to strip the floor and start again. I chose to was the area several times with muriatic acid until the stickiness went away and then repainted it. that solution worked well. The other problem was that my last box of the single car paint ended up drying a liter shade of gray and did not match the rest of the floor. I can live with it and it still looks better and cleans better then before.

Went on easy and looks good. I allowed three days drying/curing and it looks good. I am anxious to see how it does over the winter cold months.

This is the second garage floor where we have used this product. The first was in a new house which had a brand new garage floor and this time it was on a floor that was 12 years old and full of stains. Both time this product worked well. Covered completely and looks great. The first floor was 6 years old when we sold the house but still looked good. Expect the same long term results this time.
