1 gal. Clear Semi-Gloss 275 VOC Oil-Based Polyurethane for Floors (Case of 4) is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very nice semi-gloss polyurethane This Parks manufactured brand of polyurethane is a semi-gloss version of their other matte finish polyurethanes. It has a lower VOC rating than their semi-matte polyurethane however it should still be applied with adequate ventilation as the odors emitted during the drying process are still quite high. I've found this brand of polyurethane dries quickly which has it's pro's and con's. If your goal are application of multiple coats such as on a sanded floor then a quick drying polyurethane will allow you to quickly complete your project. I would however still allow at least a day's worth of curing/drying before application of the second coat. If you find the dry times are way too quick you might consider adding a few ounces of mineral spirits to alleviate this which is what I recommend. Be sure and use a low nap roller over a brush to insure a consistent outcome.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Vareathane Oil Based Polyurethane Finish This Varathane Premium Polyurethane is an Oil Based Wood Finish and is formulated to allow the wood’s natural beauty show through with a higher clarity than any other brands or formulas that I have used in the past. I used this product on my kitchen work table and with two coats, it has brought out the beauty of the maple wood and has, so far, provided a very durable surface which is easy to clean. I plan, next, to apply this finish to the marble insert which currently requires constant polishing achieve a shiny finish. I expect that this product will produce and maintain a nice “wet look” for a long time. • Oil-based interior finish • Self-leveling • Leaves no brush marks • Outlasts varnish 2 to 1 • Won't crack chip or peel • Formulated to expand and contract • Scratch, abrasion & impact resistant • Satin

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Poly that dries in 3-5 hours This polyurethane can't be applied over wax. If necessary, you might need to sand the floor first. Try to vacuum and remove as much dust as possible so that it will have a smooth finish. You can use oil or water based stain prior to finishing with the poly. If you stain it first, you won't need to apply a sealer. If you re-coat within 15 hours, you don't have to sand between coats. Overnight drying is recommended for light use. It will be dry to touch in about 5 hours. You will notice a slight Amber color after you apply the poly to stained or bare wood. It isn't noticeable on stained wood. If you plan to use this on bare wood, they recommend that you use a sealer first. If you do use a sealer, wait until it is completely dry to apply the poly. I like the fact that you can reapply within 15 hours without sanding in between coats. It makes a huge difference in the look of your wood floor with very little effort. You just apply it with a lambs wool pad or natural bristle brush. You'll get about 400 sf per gallon.
