This product worked great! Easy to use, no order, and did not have the yellow hint to it that regular poly has when using it on hard wood floors.

Easy to apply. Dries very quickly. Rinses thoroughly for applicator with warm water. Used same applicator for 3 coats. Cured well. So far appears very durable.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Tarri Easy cleanup
This product was used to coat a previously unfinished hardwood floor in a house that is over 170 years old. The floor was prepped by cleaning with a number of products including TSP and Awesome. It was scrubbed with a wire brush to remove heavy soiling. This product was easy to apply and second coat could be applied without sanding if applied within the stated time frame. Cleanup is with soap and WATER, which is largely why I chose this product. It was applied in an area that does not see heavy foot traffic so it remains to be seen how well it wears on the floor.

It works! follow the directions precisely, and be sure you sweep, vacuum and wipe down every surface before applying, and you will have a great finish. I applied tow coats on day one (no sanding in between), waited 24 hours, did a light sanding, then applied the third coat and it came out as good as if a processional had done it. Did I mention being sure everything was clean? That is the only problem I had, and it was a self-inflicted problem. Just be sure you clean the room(s) thoroughly before applying this finish.

I purchased this product in-store from Home Depot in Montana in 2009. I applied this product to a Douglas fir wood floor that I laid myself in 1993. The first time I finished the floors, I used an oil based urethane (Flecto brand Varathane) that held up very well. In fact, the bedrooms in our house still have that same finish that was applied over 20 years ago, and are in good shape to this day. The high traffic areas in the kitchen lasted about 12 years before the oil based finish was badly worn and needed to be redone. I touched up some spots in 2006 and in 2009 , I refinished the high traffic areas in the house (kitchen and living room) with the Profinish water base urethane. It was easy to apply but looked good for only a couple of years in the kitchen and then went to heck. By 3 to 4 years, it was completely worn off in a few high traffic spots (in the front of the sink, stove and fridge). By comparison, the oil based Varathane brand lasted 12 years in the same spots.
This product may be OK for a quick, cheap job in a house you are selling but I would NEVER use it again because of the poor durability. I am not a pro but have laid and finished lots of floors and know a good product (or a bad one!), when I see it.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by RI212 My floors look great
This product was easy to apply. The only thing I wasn't prepared for was a light white film that got more apparent after each coat. I wouldn't call it a negative as long as your coats are even. I like this product.

I used this polyurethane on the floor of (2) 24' enclosed trailers that we purchased for our high school marching band. I painted the plywood floor with a quality floor paint prior to the poly coating (2 coats).
After a season of 120+ band students & band parents cycling through these trailers, the floor held up great. I couldn't be happier with the results.
