Happy to clear things up, Al! Each gallon of Rust-Oleum Parks Pro Finisher has a recommended coverage of 550 square feet, so for 900 square feet you will need at least 2 gallons.

Do you have to use the sealer or can you just put down your water base clear over freshly sanded hardwood floors

No seal required this product is a sealer so no additional sealer is required.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from My first try on using this product I was not very happy. I expected similar results to the other ... My first try on using this product I was not very happy. I expected similar results to the other products that are out there that are petroleum based. My second try was a little better but still not the same par as petroleum based.
