Rated 3 out of 5 by 2 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Color and Texture Covered really well. Excellent application via brush. Tip: have HD mix it up before leaving store. Seems liked it had excessive liquid and had to use a paper towel to blot up some of liquid to be able to pre-mix. Store mixing would overcome that. Otherwise the paint is really a winner. Rated 1 out of 5 by Wrong Color Blue! If it's the wrong color, it doesn't matter how good of paint it is. Lots of solids at the bottom of the can, so it took a while to hand mix it. I realized right away that I should have had it mixed at the store, (Home Depot). Coverage was good, but the color was way too light. It's just not the dark blue that matches the handicap signage that I must also install. Why would Rust-Oleum call it Handicap Blue? I could be sued for not being handicap compliant! February 17, 2014
