I have a deck that has been treeted with Thompson's Water Seal many times over the years. Do I need to remove (sand) all the water seal off of them before applying Restore Arcrilic Stain?

Answer: 
Surfaces that have been previously coated with a stain or water sealer that continue to bead water will require pressure washing or stripping to ensure good adhesion.
