Answer:
Yes, Restore can be used on pressure treated wood. If the lumber is new, please allow a period of at least 6 months before applying the coating to ensure the wood is completely dry.

Answer:
Restore will adhere to a previously painted surface if properly prepared. All peeling or flaking must be removed by stripping or sanding. Remove any algae, mold or embedded dirt. Glossy surfaces must be sanded. Surfaces that have been previously coated with a stain or water sealer that continue to bead water will require pressure washing or stripping to ensure good adhesion.

Rated 4.0 out of 5 by 4 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great for playset We just finished using this on our 10 year old rainbow play-set. The play-set looks brand new! Its better than just a stain because it covers more like a paint, and helps make the wood look brand new. It covers well, it was easy to apply and so far it seems to hold up very well (even with our rowdy kids). I would definitely recommend this. I am now getting ready to paint our wood plank fence with the same stuff. I want all the wood in my yard to look this good! May 15, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great I used this for wood steps and a bench. The bench sat out over the winter and still looks like I just stained it. The wood steps are in a very high traffic area and still look great after a year. I am going to refinish my deck and with Restore stain and would recommend its use it for any outdoor wood project. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Would not recommend at all. Stained deck last summer & totally peeled over the winter. We stained our deck and stairs last summer and the deck totally peeled off this winter. The deck was prepared properly and the product applied as directed. April 27, 2014
