Answer:
Yes, Restore will adhere to a previously painted surface if properly prepared. Surfaces that have been previously coated with a stain or water sealer that continue to bead water will require pressure washing or stripping to ensure good adhesion.

Customer Reviews

Rated 5.0 out of 5 by 1 reviewer.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Crazy good! I've read a couple bad reviews, different colors...about this product which prompted me to write my own review. The product does work. You need to follow the directions and one person mentioned it hurt to walk on their deck because of the texture. It tells you on the package that if you don't want the rough texture, to use a paint brush on the 2nd coat. Also, if you do have a warped deck board the package also says you will have to roll the other direction on the board. It works. It's amazing stuff, This covered my front porch with more product to spare, glad I didn't get the larger one, it covered the amount of space it promised. It's an amazing product and I've never seen anything like it....sure added life to my front deck. I'd highly recommend this! :) July 10, 2013
