Answer:
All Restore products come pre-tinted when ordered online. When purchasing in store you will need to take the product to the paint counter and have them tint it for you. We offer a wide variety of 60 colors in our Restore 10X product, with the option to choose a custom color if purchasing in store. Restore MUST be tinted before application.

Answer:
Unfortunately no. There is a chemical in asphalt that prevents Restore from properly adhering to the surface.

Answer:
Deck & Concrete Restore is not recommended for slick surfaces such as "floated", smooth concrete as any slick surface will not promote good adhesion. Additionally, Deck & Concrete Restore is not intended for vehicular traffic so this product is NOT recommended for driveways, garages, or carports.

Customer Reviews

Rated 4.1 out of 5 by 8 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by This product does the job it says it will do. I applied this on our large deck. The lumber is 28 yrs. old, and the Deck Restore did indeed fill the cracks, and cover the surface. September 17, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Appears to do what it says. How about that for a first!! Although the product is somewhat messy to apply, it does exactly what it is advertised to do. I applied it to a pool deck that has been in use for 8 years. It had splinters and cracks galore. Deck Restore covered all the cracks and made the surface look better than new. I would recommend this product without reservation. July 16, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Product The product was easy to use and did everything as advertised. It completely sealed all the cracks and covered all screw holes, etc. It had a little too much texture with just the roller (might be a little hard on the dog's feet) but it was easy to smooth down with a brush. It was completely dry in two days and is holding up great. I dragged the grill across it after three days and it didn't scratch at all. May 28, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by As advertised I've given 4 across the board as I would like to see how it performs in the coming months. Purchase this product the same day you are going to use it so that the paint dept. can "shake" the 4 gal. can. Have them shake it twice as alot of the sand settles and hardens at the bottom. After 2 days it's dry and does cover all cracks and nail holes. Seems durable. Only time will tell. Good luck. June 23, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice for my wood porch! Very nice deck/porch coating. I like the color selection too. Hubby didn't like that it was rough feeling after the two coats and would be hard to keep clean because of the pitted feeling of it, but I don't mind it at all. Very good price and thanks so much Home Depot for the free shipping to my home. August 6, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Works GREAT! Product is very messy, so use your old clothes! A lot of work to apply both coats, but well worth it. My deck looks better than it did when I first had it installed! September 10, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Really thick It covered the splits and cracks in the lumber. It did take 2 coats and didn't go as far as I would have liked. June 18, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Looks great but isn't holding up after a month. We have a concrete patio that was covered with outdoor carpeting. After removing it, we tried everything to remove the glue marks, with no luck. So, painting the concrete was not an option. This product looked really promising. The first problem we noticed was roller lines that would only appear after the material dried about 20 minutes. We were able to minimize those and it really didn't effect the look of the finished product. But they are still visible. We let the surface dry for 6 days, then put a folding chair out. The chair legs left gashes in the surface. We let the material sit another 3 days and it still left marks. We do not have heavy patio furniture, I'm talking about folding chairs and stadium chairs. A month after applying, we had people over and added some stadium chairs, the chairs left marks in the surface. I can scrape the material up with a fingernail after almost a month and a half. The area in front of my patio door, where we walk out it also wearing down. It did cover up the cracks like the manufacturer listed, but even hairline cracks have reappeared. Also, it required a gallon more than listed in the instructions. Our patio looks 100% better (because it looked horrible), but this material is not going to last. Such a shame. August 17, 2013
