Paint or Stain for Skirting?

This question is from 4-gal. Forest Deck and Concrete 10X Resurfacer

Hi! I need to paint the skirting of my mobile home. I'd rather not use pain because it chips so Im wondering if theres an alternative like a stain that would work instead? The skirting is a cement board and is obviously outdoors. Thanks

Customer Reviews

Rated 2.0 out of 5 by 3 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Deck Coating The product provides a good textured surface when applied as directed in two coats. Application is slower, even with the roller provided with the two gallon option, but the material is as advertised as 10X thicker than paint. Depending on spacing of deck floor planks, the 4X product is recommended. Color is comparable to the sample shown on line. August 25, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Waste of money Put of a well prepped concrete deck in fall of 2013 and is already bubbled up and breaking apart. May 2, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by bad adheasion Worked well on wood for 1 year chipped of one year later. Even rain made it deteriorate. April 21, 2014
