I need to freshen up the looks of a front concrete stoop. Would this be appropriate and last as long as I will? How rough is the cured surface?
Asked by: Bill
The surface should be cured for 28 days, Bill before using Rust-Oleum Extreme Restore. Preparation is critical for performance. The product will last years when applied properly!

Asked by: Barney
Yes, Rust-Oleum Restore Liquid Armor Resurfacer is just what you need to bring your rough or broom-swept concrete back to beautiful and gray, Barney. Proper surface preparation is critical to performance. Surface must be clean and free of dirt, grease, mildew and organic growth to ensure product bonding and adhesion. Sand or scrape any loose paint. Smooth or glossy surfaces should be sanded or de-glossed before application. Clean the surface using a brush and Restore Deck & Concrete Cleaner or suitable non-bleach cleaner.

Is this a textured finish?

I want to use this in my retail store. The building is old and has cracks and chips in the concrete from wear from foot traffic. I sell clothing, and shoes, etc. so there would be bare feet on the floor. Is this rough textured? Can I get a gloss shine on it?
Asked by: LadyDrummer
Rust-Oleum Restore Liquid Armor Resurfacer is designed for exterior use only. If used indoors it will not receive the proper ventilation to fully cure. Instead, use Rust-Oleum EpoxyShield Garage Floor Coating Kit. This will not only protect your floor and make it look great; it will give the floor a smooth finish as well.

Customer Reviews

4 gal. Gray Liquid Armor Resurfacer is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great produce----as advertised Used this product to repair my existing concrete patio that had sustained a gazillion cracks over the years and basically looked horrible. All I can tell you is to follow the directtions ------ use the ROLLER that they recommend, along with a quality brush to handle the corners and edges and you just may wind up as satisfied as we are with the results. I purchased four (4) four gallon buckets for a 20 x 15 patio and had enough to do a 2nd coat on about 60% of the patio area that really needed it. Could have used more product ----- but the bottom line is, the product is terrific.
