Will this product work on Fiberglass Golf Cart repairs

Asked by: James
I would stay away from this horrible paint and just use the appliance paint in a spray can. Much easier, less smelly, less dry time and cheaper on the wallet. And the colors match the proposed color. Almond is not suppose to look green.

Everone is saying that the almond has a green tint to it. Is this true? Was the color fixed? Thanks so much!

Asked by: Jules
Just used end of Jan 2017. It is greenish. terrible the amount of time I spent and my old tub really looked better. If you miss the 70's you will like it.

Mixed both cans together, painted the first coat on the floor, waited about 70 minutes and painted the second coat. Turned out more split pea soup green than almond. Let it go for 3 days to fully set up, finished the bathroom after that and ended up with many chips in the paint. I used the white version of this paint for the shower stall and it was a complete waste of money and time and this paint makes your whole house stink so bad for so long. Just use the appliance paint, I used that to cover up the white mess and it works 100 times better and stinks much much less. Both white and "almond" paint dry in the cans as the 1st coat dries where you apply it and makes the finished look much worse than the already horrible first coat.

It change a pink tiled bathroom with a pink and beige shower insert into an almond dream. My daughter bough her first house and this made for a great makeover! The only thing is make sure you ventilate and we suggest not staying in the house for 3 days to let the fumes dissipate.

I saw some possible issues. May have been used improperly. I saw also that Rust-oleum replied to help. But I USED IT ON MY TILE WALLS AND FLOORS. SO FAR SO GOOD. I work with colors all the time and the Almond is definitely a pale green. Works for me.

It had a greenish tint to it. It was very easy to use and I'd use the product again. The odor was not unbearable nor did it cause a headache which many products do.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New tub without the new price I did exactly what the box said in regards to prep work, which is the most important part. Definitely open a window/ use a fan as the smell is strong, but the tub looks new again. It is in a rental property so time will tell how long it stays looking like that. I attached how the tub looked before and after the first coat. I did as instructed and waited 1 hour before applying the second coat.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Almond is actually green. Painted the tub and the final color was green. It was awful! do not get this product. Go you your local paint store and purchase an epoxy paint in white for tubs and sinks and have them tint it what ever color you want. I did that and it came out the way I wanted. Most important is to make sure you do the proper cleaning and sanding or it will peel. 12 hours of labor to paint it twice. I usually do not write reviews but I said to myself that I need to save everyone from going through the same thing that I went through.
