After cleaning my wood stovepipe, I decided to give it a coat of hi-temp paint. My wife thought I put in new pipe. Looks great.

I wish the paint looked like it laid down a little more evenly. Dries really quick but it did the job and it looks great

I really hate being asked to rate a product, shortly after its purchase, when a large part of the review should be directed towards the longevity of a product. I used this to repaint part of my charcoal grill that had been damage by heat. (I thotlessly put the lid down on the chimney starter.) This paint went on easily and covered well. If the grill looks good a year from now (July 2017), then feel free to change all my rating to 5 star.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Teacher kids had no idea
I work for an after-school program where 1/2 of our curriculum is STEAM based. we made solar cookers using empty 2 liter soda bottles where in we placed an empty soda can painted with the black high heat spray paint.
We actually cooked cheese wraps and the kids loved the way they tasted and were looking forward to cooking hot dogs and so-mores. I'm even trying to find a slightly bigger aluminum can so that I can cook dinner for two.
Great project and one I will try again next year.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by DIYer Grill Refurbish
Decided to refurbish the old grill which had an aluminum cook box with faded paint and some pitting. I gave it a sanding (to bare metal in places) and sprayed this on without any other primer. It sprays well and covers well to give a smooth coat.
It provided enough paint for a couple of coats on a small, two-burner sized box, side shelf supports, and some touch-up of the grill base which had some rust. I can't yet say how tough a finish it will be since it has been gently handled to-date. Don't expect a factory-level finish - I suspect it will scratch and scuff somewhat easily, but only time will tell.
