8 fl. oz. Stove, Grill and Hearth Glass Cleaner is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 19.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Saved me time and mess!! I seriously read reviews. So, when I find a product that works I have to share. I hadn't cleaned my fireplace for about 3 winters, solely because of the mess it creates! I was amazed with this product. First, I scraped my glass with a razor blade and removed all the loose particles. Then I was down to that awful film that is so hard to remove. I used the Rutland Glass Cleaner with a Scrub Daddy sponge. It's a smiley face sponge that is tougher than a regular sponge. Easy as pie, applied the cleaner on the glass with a paper towel, rubbed (not that hard) with my Scrub Daddy, polished with dry paper towel and it took minutes to have sparkling clean window glass. With absolutely ZERO runny drippy mess!!!! Love this cleaner!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from rutland condiioning glass cleaner without a doubt the best I've ever tried; had tried Rutland's liquid cleaner...messy and ineffective;u can use a DRY paper towel w/this pasty conditioning cleaner. it is a thick cream, so u only need about the size of a quarter. and, it really does condition the glass and the soot comes off like a breeze at the next use, so don't wipe i off w/wet towel. i recommend using it in between burns to make it even easier. there is a video on-line that gives a demo..u may have to use more if your glass is heavily coated the 1st time, but it will clean it up...after that, will be easy

I had read it was for easier cleanings & to extend cleaning intervals on stove glass (coal stove). The glass cleans easily enough, but it should because the glass started to get dirty after only a couple hours of burning & still required cleaning every two days. It really didn't work any better than Windex but was alot more expensive.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Rutland glass cleaner This product easily cleans the glass doors on my wood burning insert. I use a piece of newspaper or a paper towel. First wipe gets the main portion of the glass clean, second wipe gets all the corners of the curved design of the glass doors clean.
