Worked great out of the box and initial battery charge lasted a total of about 30-45 minutes and has a very easy handle, light weight, powerful air speed. However, once the charge expired, I charged it overnight, and it didn't work, battery still indicated it needed charging. Unplugged, took battery out and plugged back in -several times - all indicating it was charging. Another overnight and still no use. Finally, the third morning, it worked. Not sure why that happened, but I'll keep watching it and if it takes that long each time, I'll return it. If not for that (hopefully) one-time battery issue, I love it!

I already own a smaller 18V Ryobi blower. I wanted something in between my 18V which is great for small every day clean up and my big backpack blower. This does the trick. Powerful, light and durable; just what I was looking for.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by TurboTom I like it... but "fingers crossed"!
Out of the box the blower ran just a few minutes then stopped completely. I popped the battery back on the charger which then showed "defective". In the initial charge cycle it was fine. So, I box it back up and drove back to the store. Quick exchange for a complete new unit and I'm back in business. Now two weekends later and I have used it several times, recharged it several times and no problems.
I like the blower. It's not "gas blower" powerful but close. The battery lasts a long, long time and the convenience of being able to just grab it and go is great. Fingers crossed that the initial defective battery/charger problem doesn't reappear.

I received this product to try out and so far am thoroughly impressed. For me, it has held it's charge for around 20-25 minutes of continuous use. It really is quite powerful, although not as powerful as our electric, but definitely enough to get most major jobs done (ie clearing leaves from the driveway/yard). The fact that you don't have to plug it in or fill with gas is a major perk, but the best for us, is the weight. It's very light and super easy to use. My 75-80 year old in-laws can even use it with ease, and we will be purchasing one for them. Would definitely recommend this product.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by dyan poor battery life
wish I hadn't thrown box out or I would just return it. Battery lasts 20 minutes max. I can not even do my postage stamp size front yard without having to stop and recharge for 9 hours. Really unusable. Do not buy unless you are willing to buy several more $100 spare batteries.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by CAtlanta Awful battery/charger.
Bought one in the Spring. Used it about 5 times and the charger/battery started throwing an error message...and the battery wouldn't charge anymore. Took it back to Home Depot and they gave me a new one (fantastic customer service). Used the new one 4-5 times and had the same issue. I have 1/3 of an acre and if I moved quickly could almost get done before the battery died. Power was ok... but still nowhere near as good as the cheaper electric blower I'm replacing. Will probably replace with a gas blower now.

Very easy to use well balanced but does not have power I wished fore . Good for blowing dry grass. that about all. It last about 25 minute on full power. I have a ryobi weed eater so it is nice that the 40zoit battery works well in booth.

This cordless jet fan blower has been a pleasant surprise so far...much more powerful than the cordless blower that only produced 120 mph speed. The battery life has also been nearly twice as long as the previous blower which only worked for 7 minutes per charge and not have the power to move the leaves, even on the patio. Since the leaves are just starting to fall I can not verify that the blower will meet the challenge ahead but I am hoping that the blower's performance will move the amount of leaves that regularly fall. I must admit the other blower had both battery power and electrical power as a backup while this blower is strictly battery power only, even though it cost more.
