That has happened to me, but then I pushed the ON button again, then squeezed the pressure handle again. It worked. Not sure why yours isn't starting.

How to replace brass supply fitting

Brass supply connector blew off, cracked at base underneath plastic Overmold. We do not have high pressure flow from the hose, but it blew off when the pressure nozzle closed. Appears to be connected directly connected to the motor assembly. Anyone know how to replace or repair?

Answer:
your foam cannon should be equipped with a regulator to adjust flow of water pressure if so the pressure washer should be adequate for use with this device.

Answer:
Yes, the washer wand connection fits a foam cannon.. I bought a foam cannon last year, and we use it when we wash cars. I also use the foam cannon to spray my vinyl siding in the spring, before pressure washing.

1700-PSI 1.2-GPM Electric Pressure Washer is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 1244.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful pressure washer!! I purchased the RYOBI electric 1700 pressure washer yesterday and absolutely LOVE it!! it is soooo much better than the Karcher 1800 that I previously had. It is easier to move around and the pressure is greater and the spot area is larger. I finished a job in 1/4 the time as I would have with the other machine. I cleaned my sidewalk with just water and pressure and didn't have to use any soap nor other cleaners. I wasn't able to get the "before" picture to go through but was able to post the final pic. The sidewalk was black when I first started it. It only took me less than an hr. to complete this job.

Easy to assemble with clear instructions. It's extremely easy to use & did a great job in cleaning my 20 year old driveway & sidewalks that had never been power washed. I sure it increased the value of my home plus the curb appeal improved! Not overwhelming power, but does just what I needed it to do. Great investment. I really like the power nozzle & hose that doesn't get tangled & the extention cord could be a bit longer, but used an extension cord. I've only used it once, but plan to make this usage more regularly. I love it! Oh.. and it's light weight & easy to move around..

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ryobi power washer Well to start I will never buy something from Homedepot again! I bought this power washer used it twice and the pump went out. They traded it in no problem as a even exchange. Didn't give me a new receipt. A month later same problem, went to Homedepot and they said it was over 30 days there is nothing they can do for me. I had to call the company and find a repair shop that was a hour from my house. It's been 2 weeks and they have replaced the pump and wand and are still having problems. They are contacting the company to find out what to do. Bottom line is that Homedepot has terrible customer service and anything Ryobi is junk! All summer I have been without a power washer!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fabulous Pressure Washer! This is an amazing little machine! I bought it this Spring to clean my 600 sq ft patio slab to prepare it for paint. It was easy to set up, and I had it up and running in minutes. This is a powerful machine and was just what I needed. The turbo tip cleaned the patio quickly and perfectly and it made me want to clean everything! I just used it to clean my front stoop and sidewalk and it took no time at all! I cleaned the driveway too but that took a bit longer, but it hadn't been cleaned in many years and was covered in gook! I haven't used it with any solution yet (only water on the turbo setting) and I'm looking forward to cleaning the siding of my house in the near future.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from potenial motor issues I returned it unopened. my daughter received one as a gift, motor came apart and chewed up the brushes after 6 months and limited use. Can't replace just the motor, pump and motor close to the price of a new unit. I thought I'd buy same model to have spare parts. After purchasing, I talked to my father- in-law who gave the gift, he bought one with the extended warranty, his motored smoked, got the replacement and gave it as a gift (unopened in the box). I read some of the reviews, several who had longevity of the product listed the same or similar motor issue so I returned mine. Home Depot customer service commented many of these get returned.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent purchase! This is a fantastic pressure washer, especially considering the price! I bought this specifically to clean the exterior of my house and get it ready for painting. It worked wonderfully! My house is both Austin stone (a very rough cut limestone) and vinyl siding. This pressure washer worked great on both surfaces. I was having so much fun using it that I also washed the front porch and half of the sidewalk before it got too dark to see. The pressure washer requires assembly, but it's very simple and quick. I had it out of the box, put together, hooked up to the hose, and in use in about 10-15 minutes. I used it for at least four hours straight, and it worked perfectly the whole time. You do have to spray very close to get the maximum amount of cleaning power. I held the nozzle no more than 6 inches away (and sometimes closer for the really dirty areas) from the house/sidewalk, and it cleaned very well. To get the high places on the house (I have a one-story house, and I'm only five feet tall), I used a ladder. It worked just fine, and I was able to easily reach the high areas. Just be aware that you won't get a lot of spraying power once you get more than about 12 inches or so away from the surface, which means that this pressure washer probably isn't a great choice for spraying the second story of a two-story house, unless you're willing to climb a tall ladder to get close enough.
