I don't know what charger you have but mine has a list of batteries that can be charged. You could contact Ryobi C/S and they can give you that info.

Hi Mario, The Lithium Batteries will work on the older Blue tools. Make sure you are using either a Lithium or Dual Chemistry charger. Hope this helps.

Hi: Great products, although the initial Ni. Cad batteries were garbage. In the process of giving one more try to Ryobi kit before switching to Dewalt. Just find it very hard to compare apples to apples in regards to battery size and amps. Dewalt also does this, but I think you would be much further ahead to just give the pertinent information. I mean seriously, how can you not give the amps, or model number in the specifications?

Answer:
Ryobi does this consistently. It is most difficult, if not impossible, to get the basic specs. Trying to
get a battery replaced under warranty is a nightmare!!! I had to go back to Home Depot 3 times with
different info they said they needed even though I had the orig receipt. BTW--H/D has a two pack of these P122 batteries for $99.00.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great for woman or men! I am a housewife that works out of the home & the size & weight is a great improvement over the big chunky batteries. I save & refurbish old antique & vintage furniture that is ready for the garbage man. It is made possible with all of my Ryobi 18v tools. The long lasting charge & quickness of the charge is wonderful! I have several batteries & I can have my drill/screw gun, sander, saw & grinder all ready to go all at the same time. Now that the batteries are smaller, I last a lot longer!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not a bad deal for some extra batteries I recently bought a couple new one+ tools and decided to get some extra batteries. I had the standard Lithium ion batteries that came with my other tools, but wanted the fuel gage on the lithium plus ones. The two batteries alone will cost you the same amount in the store. This option comes with a half hour rapid charger! Very nice to have extra batteries available and if they are all drained, at least you're only down for 30 min.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great compact batteries. I hesitated to purchase the batteries because of their size but I quickly found they last as long as my old large ones did and are much lighter. The charger is also an improvement. Very compact, and very quick charging. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New Life for old drill & saw My old NiCads were losing power and duration to the point of frustration. The new LiIon Plus Ultra with 30 minute charger runs the circular saw with authority and plenty of life to rip thorugh many sheets of 3/8" plywood pannelling. And the tools are lighter in use,
