High Pressure is 120psi and low pressure is 30psi. I would say yes if its a kiddie pool or Intex inflatable rim pool

Third one of these I've gotten in less than a year. Luckily, it's been a warranty issue, and I have received replacements free. First one just totally crapped out in about 4 months. Second one, the inflator for things like air mattresses and beach balls worked fine, but the tire inflator quit working. That was after only about 3 months. Wouldn't have gotten another one of these if I didn't have a bunch of other Ryobi tools. Would have bought a Rigid, if they'd had one... The one thing that I do like about it is that it is digital, and you can set it and walk away while it pumps up your tire, providing your battery has enough juice in it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from UPDATED REVIEW: Ryobi stands behind their Products - sent replacement unit - Working Great! PREVIOUS REVIEW: WON"T INFLATE PAST 32PSI - As an owner of quite a few of the Ryobi ONE+ Portable products, I was hoping this inflator would be a great addition to my garage. Unfortunately, I could not get the unit to inflate my tires past 32PSI. Set unit to 36PSI and it bogged down for 3 minutes at 32PSI. My existing Black & Decker unit works great (but only when plugged into DC; the battery in the B&D will no longer hold a charge). Returned RYOBI unit to HD. Still looking for a portable (rechargeable unit) to replace my B&D. UPDATED REVIEW (SEPT/2016): As noted above, the first unit I bought was defective; it would not add more than 32PSI to any tires. I returned that unit and later received communication directly from RYOBI that they would send me a replacement unit. I received the new unit in September. My video review is a demonstration of the replacement unit. As a result, I have changed my ONE Star rating to a FOUR Star rating. Should this unit continue to perform well, I will likely change my FOUR Stars to FIVE Stars.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Worked well while it lasted I used this compressor to fill tires on 2 cars and a motorhome. Highest pressure used was the motorhome at 60 psi. I found I had to set the pressure up a pound or two to get the right pressure on my gauge but that was not a problem to me. The problem was after less than a year of use it quit working. I was trying to top off my motorhome tires when the cold weather brought the pressure down while on a trip. However the compressor would not work as it thought the pressure was 109 psi ! There is no way to over ride the auto pressure feature on the compressor so the compressor was useless. It read 109 psi just sitting unconnected. Thank goodness I took my 7 year old Walmart compressor as a backup, not as fast but got the job done.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product This inflator is one of the best Ryobi tool purchases that I've made yet. I had a couple vehicles on my property that had tires that need to be inflated and didn't have a portable air compressor to get to them. I made this purchase hoping that this inflator would do the trick and was very impressed. You set the the digital read out to the pressure you want, say 35 lbs., the inflator puts 36 lbs. of pressure in compensating for you removing the tool and losing a little pressure. Great design and good job thinking ahead. Thanks Ryobi.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow! Ryobi 18-Volt ONE Inflator This is awesome! I never thought I would buy an inflator like this. I'm a tool kind of guy, I have a air compressor, hose and accessories. So I didn't need it I thought, well I am doing a Reno on my daughters house and a lot of my tools and compressor were at her house an hour away. My wifes car had a low tire, no compressor...I searched looking for a small inexpensive inflator and found the Ryobi 18-Volt , I already had a lot of the Ryobi 18-Volt tools, so I bought it and I love it. It is easier and more convenient than dragging out the compressor and hose. The digital gage on the inflator is great and very accurate. Just set the pressure you want and it will shut off 1lb over your target because you always lose a lb removing the hose. Great tool glad I bought it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great inflator Purchased this model after returning the smaller inflator. The smaller inflator is not really suited to car tires. This model though, is perfect for that use. I have a tire on my truck with an odd leak. Days will pass with no air loss, then one morning the tire will be flat. This inflator takes my tire from 0 to 35 psi in 10 min. You can preset the pressure you want to reach, and it will run automatically and stop automatically when it reaches the desired pressure. This is especially nice in cold weather where you can sit in your car while the unit does its thing. If you watch it closely though, you'll notice it seems to go over the setting you input by 1psi but that's just to compensate for the generating pressure. Once it turns itself off, you'll see on the LED gage that your tire will actually be the pressure you wanted.

I like this dual function inflator for its ability to pump tires to a pre-set pressure, as well as utility around the home for inflating air mattresses, water sport toys, and blowing off sawdust or debris while cutting and drilling. It's easy to throw in my car before an event, and with the 4 hour One+ battery, I've never run out of juice. The reason for 4/5 is I twice experienced a compressor failure: while inflating a 35psi tire, air was no longer being delivered. You could hear the compressor pump working, but something internally was either disconnected or leaking, just a week after my purchase. Home Depot was great about replacing it, and I understand- that happens. It speaks well of their warranty support in-store. The unit I have now has worked perfectly for 6 months.

Great for inflating small things like basketballs, inflatable pools, bike tires, etc... Takes a while to put air in a car tire, but is way more convenient than dragging out the big air compressor. It took me about 1 minute per psi to top off a low tire. Much longer than a big compressor, but saved me a few minutes of time and a whole lot of effort. If you are looking for something to inflate car tires frequently, go with something else. Other than that, this is a great addition to your collection.
