Rated 4.2 out of 5 by 73 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 1/2 Chuck One of the many Ryobi One Tools in my stable of battery operated tools. I have occasional need for the 1/2 diameter chuck and this drill is always up to the task. It's a comfortable drill to hold and the handy magnetic base is great for holding a cpl screws or different bits. October 28, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by almost indestructible quality I bough this drill in May of this year while doing a remodel on my house.I would consider this to be the best drill I have ever owned. It has really been put to the test drilling many multiple holes using a 3/4 in spade bit upto and including a 4 1/2 inch hole saw.Using a paddle it has mixed a 5 gal bucket of concrete. But the biggest test has been falling 8 ft to the concrete floor, not once, but twice with only scratches to the case.I am still using this drill and impressed with the fine speed control, and the torque it has.I just purchased a set of the Ryobi One+ tools that were on sale for Black Friday and am eagerly awating their arrival. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Another Ryobi win I cant say enough good things about the Ryobi One+ system. This drill is another high quality example of a great tool. Think about it: Home Depot wants to sell you tools, and knows that as long as these tools work great and last, that you will continue buying building materials. of course there going to do their very best to provide a quality tool to everyone they can. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Happy Hunter Have only used for approximately 30 days, but it has been great. It replaced an old second hand Ryobi. This is much lighter and is easier to handle. September 8, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Ryobi +1 Bought several of these tools over the last year. I'm so tired of replacement battery costs that outweigh the value of the tool. I have replaced all my other Yellow and Green professional tools with Ryobi and have absolutely no regret. Run time under heavy load as good as or better than others. Able to buy the LI battery capacity needed at a fraction of the cost. So far these tools have been dropped and misused to the same degree as my professional tools, and are taking it just fine, thank you. March 3, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 18-volt much better than 12-volt! This purchase has been great. I asked my boss to buy this for our organization because it's battery would interchange with our weed whacker. But he came back with the 12-v version. I tried it and couldn't even drill a hole! I returned it and bought this one on-line. Wish it was available in stores, but glad I made the upgrade. It ended up being $10 cheaper any way because I didn't need the battery or charger. Good value if you are sharing battery between tools. January 8, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Inferior Speed Control Trigger moves over half way before the chuck starts to rotate therefore you have limited remaining travel to control the entire speed range. This makes controlling the speed very difficult especially when drilling metal when you want to start a drill slow to avoid it wandereing. June 8, 2011
