We had to return two of these as neither worked. Awful.

Was a great machine, i worked this thing to death for 3 years. Unfortunately that is all it lasted. This was well maintained but the Honda engine is not built to run forever. The rocker arm is cracked internally.

Assembly and use are a breeze with this compact yet powerful pressure washer. The onboard tool storage is designed well and actually works as compared to washers I've owned in the past. The power is fantastic and the unit easily washed years (maybe decades) of mold and dirt stain off our patio, stone wall, and driveway at the new house. The wand is well designed so that even after hours of use I was not overly fatigued. Why spend hundreds or a thousand more? This unit rocks!

The 3100PSI Pressure Washer was $10 cheaper on-line than the 2800PSI that was on sale at the store, so I purchased and picked up in store. Easy process.
This equipment is much lighter than a commercial application with same PSI. The small lady behind the counter was able to pick it up off the shelf.
So that would leave you to believe it may be cheap and flimsy. It's got that feel slightly but I am sure it should last a long time. It is very easy to move around.
PRO's: Light, compact, Powerful, easy to start, affordable.
CON's: Only has quick release for the nozzle. The other two ends you have to screw on. When you depress the trigger it is all or nothing. There is no throttle control to idle the engine down like commercial units.
I have used it a few times with no issues.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by basketball8533 Worked for 2 hours and stopped.
Purchased this unit to clean my deck. When I opened the box, the bin that holds the soap at the bottom of the unit was partially broke (its attached at both legs of the unit and one was broken). I followed the instructions carefully (good instructions that came with it, very easy setup) and the unit stopped working after 2 hours. The engine would start up good but once you squeeze the handle the unit would stall out. Spoke with Ryobi customer service and they stated that I should return it since the purchase was only 3 days old. I was a little hesitant purchasing this model but with the Memorial day sale I figured to give it a try. Maybe it was just my unit that was bad but good luck.

This is my first gas powered pressure washer. My old one was an electric 1700 psi unit, and this thing blows it away. The engine is easy to start, and usually does so on the second or third pull on a cold start. I also like how the detergent mixes inline (it holds a little over half of one of those cleaning solution jugs they sell). I like the big wheels on the back. The wand and hose are fine too. Having used this one for several jobs, the increased power, speed, and portability have already paid for the machine.

I gave this item 4 stars because the first one showed up at my door on time but broken. The next one showed up a day early (witch was nice) and broken as well, both times the pump or parts on the pump were broken. In my opinion it was not the products falt. I believe it was caused buy shipping company. As for the pressure washer it works very well so far I've ran 2 tanks of fuel through it. I was able to fix the second one at home. The idle down feature started to get a little sticky oiled the cable and works as it should. My other complaint is the pump is vulnerable and its design is off balance try to start it one Handed. The motor runs well and is easy to start. All in all I would purchase product again.

I ordered this unit on the Home Depot website. I had It delivered to my home quicker than I could have it delivered to the store 3 miles away. This is the first pressure washer that I have owned. I have washed numerous vehicles all ready. It has plenty of power to wash most stubborn bug stains off the front of your vehicle. Keep in mind that soap greatly helps in cleaning a vehicle so don't expect just the pressure washer to get the bug goop off by itself. In addition to washing vehicles, I bought this to spray off items and decks that need to be repainted/stained. This has plenty of power to do this task. The sprayer hose is made of lightweight material which may not hold up. I plan on replacing the hose in the next year depending on how it looks at that time.
