Straight out of the the box easy to assemble. Idle down takes a few seconds for it to work properly no big deal though. Ran two tanks of gas through it first day works great

Big suprise as after running for 3/4 hour the unit stoped. Went to look and every switches were where the should be for running. Out OF GAS.
Good thing that I had extra fuel as it was for the generator. Kept filling my 2 gallon "can" from my 5 gallon generator"can" This was repeated every 45 minutes. I hope this improves with use.
Love the Honda engin. Started right away.
There was a little conflict with the assembly instructions, but go it cleared up.
I ran the unit for 4-5 hours, the whole assembly was hot.
Sure beats the smaller units, Did not want a heaver washer.
Sounds with a mellow sound not like some of my nieghbors that have a high pitch washer.

There was no assembly aside from sliding the handles in place. This was my first gas power washer and there us a lot of maintenance to them and not just this model. Always use treated gas, run it dry on each use. Also use pump protector after every use. Store indoors was another thing you should do if you live in colder climates. Aside from the normal maintenance, the pump has a lot of power to do the job. Took the mold off the house with the help of Zep detergent I also bought. I plan on washing the boat and car soon.
I like the fact that it has an on board soap dispenser that automatically does the 20 to 1 ratio.

Bought product from Home Depot, first and last royobi product ever bought!! Used it once then 5 months later tried to use again and no pressure!! Called customer service and was told to take It to a royobi specialist, so I did. Guy had it for over 2 months and no phone calls. I went to get product back and was cussed out by the owner and product was not fixed and all scratched and rusted out! Call customer service to explain what happened, and was told to take it to another station. I lost it, asked for a full refund our new unit and was told no. So left with my only option took it to another business and it took 4 weeks to fix. I was told royobi makes an inferior product, and use plastic parts. The product works ok but not the same sense I bought it. I will never buy a royobi product again. Not only did product work correctly, but customer service was worst. If your looking for power washers by name brands such as stihl at least those can be serviced by a well represented company!!!

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Tom Looks great but I am waiting for a part.
I received the Ryobi washer and was ready to assemble it then get to work. The quality looks great but the only problem was one of the engine oil fill caps was missing and the oil was in the plastic bag wrapped around the pressure washer. A quick call to Ryobi customer service and in 7 to 10 days I should have a cap. While I am not real happy with this, I must say the customer service was all over it. We will see how this all turns out.

Assembly, if you can call it that, was a breeze. The handles slide and clip in to place, the hose and lance screwed together, then the supplied oil was added. I was ready to go in less than 5 minutes.
The oversized wheels make rolling the pressure washer really easy. I was able to go from uneven aggregate on a parking area, up several stairs, and across my lawn, with very little effort. This is hands down the easiest to maneuver pressure washer I have owned.
A generously sized soap tank, with a large filler mouth, is on the front. No more messing around with little tanks hidden to the rear of my old pressure washer.
A hose reel is located at the top of the handle, which means you can wind the hose up without stooping. A simple bungee cord holds the hose on to the holder. This simple addition ended the frustration of the hose falling off when I move my old pressure washer around. The nozzles are also located in this area, and are easily accessible and clearly marked.
With a 187cc Honda gas engine, this pressure washer packs 3100 PSI. That is enough power to gouge concrete with the 0 degree nozzle. Thankfully, plenty of other nozzles are provided, allowing you to gently wash your vehicle, or remove stubborn crime from patios and sidewalks.
When you back off the washer by releasing the trigger, the motor idles down to save gas and run quieter.
At 25 feet, I found the hose to be the perfect length. Not too much to be dragging around, but enough to reach all areas of the chores. I found wheeling the washer to different places on my work area was easier than dragging a long hose that invariably would have been tangled or snagged.
