CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Machine! I just bought this PW and I have no complaints. The assembly out of the box was minimal (a couple of screws), added the oil, connected the water, filled it with gas and ONE pull had me washing the driveway. I was a little worried after the first pull to start the engine to hear this quiet PURR....it sounded like the engine was trying to fire up but wasn't able to reach any RPM's!! That is just how QUIET it is!! Once I pulled the trigger, the unit kicked in and sounded normal, let go of the trigger and you are back to the PURR of the Honda engine....totally awesome. The power is great too...more than I really need around the yard but better to have more power than not enough...right GUYS?!! Don't hesitate to purchase this PW.... May 16, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great engine only Ran this product for a few days, then the hose blew. It was a very low quality hose. I took it back to home depot and they provided me a comercial grade hose for free with the appropriate heavy duty connectors. I haven't had a problem until yesterday, one year later. The nossle seal blew which I expexted since it was obviously low quality. As well Just upgraded to a commercial grade multi-tip nozzle ... Nice! I think I am good to go now since Honda Engines are built to last when taken care of correctly. I can't say I would recommend this power washer right out of the box but with the appropriate upgrades I expect it will last for aome time. March 18, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by So much power! This has a lot of pressure and does a great job cleaning outside of the house, decks, vehicle and etc... 3,100 psi sure has power! I just love that it has engine idle when you let go of the trigger. Best power watcher I have ever own. This also has enough pressure to even clean your engine on a vehicle. Also love how it has a dial to turn the tips for different sprays and soap sprays. Also has the soap dispenser which is great to have. May 20, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by You won't find one better, quality for the price I did my homework for approximately 1 month before choosing this washer. I would think I found one better and then go back and compare and the Ryobi would just be better in some way. Now that I've had it and used it for 2 months, I truly love it. If your on the fence and doing your homework let me save you some time and go to Home Depot and buy the Ryobi. I'm not going to go in the features cause you can read that on the product page just go buy it, you too will love it. I use mine for cleaning outside of my house, clean my driveway and sidewalk, soap lather my cars, clean my fifth wheel and clean my Rhino and ATV's after a weekend of fun! June 7, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Washer for the house The good- Nice washer. Powerful. Quiet idle. It works well and seems reliable for the ~15 hours I have used it since I bought it about a week ago. The bad- My one dislike is the small gas tank! After about 30-45 minutes of heave use you need to refill this thing and it starts to become a pain. A 1/4 gallon gas tank is too small for this unit and it should be a half gallon at least. My one concern about this product is the pump... I am not worried about the motor because it is very reliable if maintained properly. The pump, however does not have parts! If something happens you need to buy a whole new pump which is ridiculous to me. If I need a check valve or a special O-Ring, I have to buy a brand new pump for over $100... This is very annoying and unacceptable if you like to service your own equipment. Other than these things the product seems great and has worked well for the ~15 hours I have used it. April 13, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by A really good idea, but really bad machine This machine is very cheaply made. I used it for less than an hour and the "o" ring seal in the wand split and leaked , The idle down is a brilliant idea, but it just doesn't work. Sometimes the machine gets confused and powers down when you pull the trigger and RPMs up when you release. It worked sometimes, but was a nuisance most the time. It simply doesn't work at all on soap settings. I used it for 1 hr and took it back. Fortunately THD was good about it. But I won't buy their store brand again (Ryobi). It's is just cheap, junk. The no kink hose does nothing but kink. It's bad. Bad all around. THD should do better at this. I will look for another machine. Not sure what I'll get. Maybe need to spend more. This is junk. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Be Wary I see many reviews that give this machine a great rating. I wonder if those owners will follow up after using it for awhile. The biggest problem I see on this machine is the pump. For all of the reviewers that gave it an excellent review, check your oil after use and use it on your car windshields or pane glass windows. The pumps are so bad that they mix ( dont ask me how) water into the oil case and oil into the pump. The first unit practically seized up cause it went through nearly a qt of oil in about 2.5 hrs. After adding more oil, it started smoking. The 2nd unit was going through oil too. This time I watched it more closely so it didnt get low. I noticed how watery the oil was and thought it was because it was hot. Wasnt till after I washed my truck and saw oily spots that I realized water and oil were mixing. December 27, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great product for the price! I own/operate my own window cleaning and pressure washing business and was in the market to buy a new pressure washer. After looking at reviews and prices I settled for the Ryobi. What really got my attention was that it was powered by a Honda motor and that it has a chemical reservoir built into the unit. The unit is very simple to start/operate and is not too loud. It works very well at lifting up stains and dirt from driveways, eaves, siding..ect. I would highly suggest this unit to any small business owner or to a homeowner who wants a great product at a fair price. Great job Ryobi! August 27, 2013
