I am an expert DIY with a good collection of tools. I appreciate the convenience of portable power tools but for longer jobs I tend to use corded ones. My wife and I are redoing grandma's deck and I purchased this drill to make the guide holes for the innumerable screws. I wanted a basic drill with enough power and as small and light as possible. This drill does the job remarkably well at a very convenient price. It fits well in my and my wife's hands, goes through pressure treated wood easily and is comfortably light. The trigger speed control is good, the cord is a nice 6' and there is an honest bag that has room for drill bits. All together, this drill is ideal as a small and lightweight tool with enough power at a great price. Highly recommendable.

I needed a drill to do some odd jobs around the house. It seems like a good product. The cord include is long, but only 2 prong in case you were wondering. My only complaint is that the drill does not come with any starter tips at all. I know similarly priced Black & Decker drills at least come with a Phillips / Flathead piece. Thankfully this was fixed by purchasing a $9 Ryobi drill piece set. The case is a bit small, but seems well made, it can fit some drill bits if needed.
What is included? The drill itself, the carry case, and a booklet.

Finally a lower powered mid rpm drill. The main problem with using a corded drill for screws is they are too fast. This has a very good trigger that allows it to be used easily for screws. I do not need a 9 amp 3000rpm drill for general use so this is the ticket got tired of batteries going bad and we all know a new battery cost more than the drill anyway. For around the house use this will handle 95% of your chores. And a great price too!

I finally got tired of bringing a screwdriver to a power drill party. This product has made my life a little easier!

I bought this drill so I would have an extra drill when drilling pilot holes. The first time I used it I was drilling a pilot hole to hang shelfs in the garage when it started to bog down and I'm assuming got cought on a knot and got stuck. Not a problem I thought, I'll just reverse it out and drill the hole again. NOPE! The jerk when it got caught evedently bent something inside the drill because now it isn't exactly straight anymore. It wasn't even remotely able to drill a straight hole and drive a screw. I was disappointed because I'm a fan of Ryobi tools, and liked the weight in my hands, not to mention the price. It did have ample power and the chuck was easy to adjust, but I had to return it the next day more a different model. What a shame because I really liked the drill.

My old Ryobi corded drill randomly died on me and I ended up buying this drill and so far from the use, this was a great replacement. Runs good and no issues or complications. If you're looking for a corded drill that isnt expensive and does the job that you need it for, this is the one

Dont let the price and size fool you. This drill is a work horse. For $29 you wont find a better drill. Trigger is sensitive for different speed and power. Its very light with weight evenly balanced due to the grip being in the middle of the drill. Unlike the Dewalt pistol design which has all its weight in the front. Very usefull when doing small projects by yourself.

Female do it your selfer... I own a battery operated drill, but didn't think I needed it (so it wasn't charged) to hang new curtain rods, boy was I wrong. I didn't want to spend a lot of money for something I already had, so this was perfect. Immediate application, able to use as long as I needed to, not too heavy -- end result, curtains hung, happy DIYer!
