Best way to drill concrete is with a hammer drill. If you only have one or two small holes, this drill will work, provided you use a drill bit that is made for concrete.

I use mine all the time to drill holes into my concrete walls and ceiling - to insert screw anchors and also to directly screw Tapcon screws in. It works great for these smaller jobs. So far I've used bits from 1/8" up to 3/8".
I have found that it works best to start with a small bit and work my way up to the larger size in the hole I'm drilling. I take my time and use a manual hammering action and Read More

I have found that it works best to start with a small bit and work my way up to the larger size in the hole I'm drilling. I take my time and use a manual hammering action and back out often to remove debris and manage temp and load, since it is not a hammer drill. I've used both high-speed rotary and hammer drill bits with it (standard lengths). The rotary bits perform better in this rotary drill of course, but both work. Read Less

Thanks for your question.You may use this product for the purposes listed: Drilling in all types of wood products (lumber, plywood, paneling, composition board, and hardwood), Drilling in ceramics, plastics, fiberglass, and laminates, and Drilling in metals. Unfortunately it will not drill into concrete. Hope this helps!
