Answer:
I find that it is designed for lawn/leaf or contractor bags that are at least 39 gallons. These are the official ryobi specs:
Width: 21.5 in.
Capacity: 40 Gallons
Storage Height: 4 in.

I believe the bags I used were 30gal bags. The picture provided does not show the entire container but gives you an idea of how snug this trash bag fit without using spring clips to secure it.

Hi there - I don't use Lawn and Leaf Bags in it. I use it to transport yard debris around the yard and dump it it my big trash can - It is very durable and a great unit. If you want to use bags in it, I would think that standard Lawn and Leaf bags would fit. I love this thing...I am going back to get another one!!!

It works well with 39 gallon trash bags. I think drawstring bags make the job a bit easier.

42 Gallon seemed to work just fine (I used Husky Contractor Grade 42 Gallon). Maybe just a bit long, but the diameter works.

I believe I use 30 gal trash bags.. You can put bigger ones too cause all you do is tie the top of the bag and turn the Ryobi container upside down when you finish filling it..

Answer:
The bag isn't really heavy. Now, if you put a lot of leaves and/or twigs and such, it can get heavy. But I have no problem with the weight of it.

Answer:
If you pull all sides of the trash bag down and around it, it won't slide down. I've used mine for leaves and twigs. I usually use the contractor size bags so they are pretty big. But I really haven't had any problem with the bag sliding down.

Answer:
Hi Angel! This is considered the Lawn and leaf bag and no other bag is needed. If you are using a trash bag as a inner liner you will need to use one larger than 33 gallons which may allow you to tie it off. I hope this helps. Thanks for reaching out to us!

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Busted on first day Bought one in the morning for a leaf cleanup job. Did great for most of the day. Sturdy amd definitely helped make short work of the task. Last two bags and each bottom handle ripped on the separate bags. They were not ridiculously heavy. Returning tomorrow morning and searching for something else. May 23, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Works for me This collapsible trash barrel does the job. It holds the bags well if you take the time to fold them down over the outside of the barrel. It's light and sturdy. I just drag it where it's needed by grabbing the rim. I was looking for something that wouldn't take up too much space I my garage, and this is perfect. August 4, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I've had this for 6 years and it still works great! I actually came on the Home Depot website to see if they still make something like this and found the same one! I've used this since moving into my house 6 years ago and need another one. The handles broke off 2-3 years ago, but it doesn't matter. We just fill it with leaves, grass, sticks, whatever and drag it to the curb. It is still very much intact and I have no idea why because we have not taken good care of it. We're going to get 2 more! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Lawn and leaf bag holder I purchased this particular bag holder to replace one I have had for about 8-10 years. It was the only leaf bag style in the store. Putting Ryobi on the outside is at best laughable. Its just a bag holder and Ryobi is a weed wacker company. The bag appears to be of sturdy construction which is necessary when using it to hold lawn and leaf bags while filling. My guess is they put on a label to make it worth more again silly. Lets try to employ Americans and make things here. May 10, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best "tool" I've purchased in a long time! I use this for my planting soil container! Easy to pull around even when full of dirt. June 7, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Love it. I have a lot of trees in my yard so therefore a lot of leaves. This really helps in the process of getting those leaves up and any other debris. The fact, that it collapses for easy storage is an extra bonus. May 24, 2016
